(Clearwisdom.net) After two-days on a hunger strike, practitioners from Vancouver pushed the urgent rescue activity to another climax. On March 19, 2002, practitioners from Vancouver gathered in downtown. We first did group practice in Chinatown and sent forth righteous thoughts, and then distributed leaflets and clarified the truth to the passersby. We wanted to tell them of Jiang's vicious order of "Kill without mercy" to people to awaken their kindness and conscience. At noon, we started the parade from Chinatown to the Art Museum in downtown and then again sent forth righteous thoughts, did group practice and held a press conference.

The serene scene of group practice and the banners reading "Falun Dafa," "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," "China: Stop Killing," "It's innocent to tell the truth," and other statements attracted many people's attention. They stopped, watched and talked to practitioners to learn the truth of Falun Gong. Some even used cameras to record this precious scene.

After they had learned about the truth, many people condemned the Jiang regime's atrocities and expressed their support for Falun Gong. A government official from Beijing said, "Actually, most of the Chinese people know that Falun Gong is good and the persecution is wrong. Falun Gong will be rehabilitated. You folks just keep on practicing overseas."
This year, the weather in Vancouver was very unusual. It has snowed twice in March and is still cold. On March 18, it was still snowing and the weather report predicted that the rain and snow would be continuous. However, practitioners carried out the plan and sent forth righteous thoughts. A miracle occurred. During the more than five hours of activities, it didn't rain or snow a bit. There was even sunshine for a while in the afternoon. An hour later after our activities, it started raining and snowing again. We all know that our great benevolent Master is looking after practitioners every moment. As long as we maintain righteous thoughts, we can successfully complete what we want to do.
