On March 20, the German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer gave a speech at the United Nations 58th Session of the Commission of Human Rights in Geneva, condemning China's human rights conditions. In his speech, he requested China to stop the persecution of Christianity and other religious groups as well minority groups. He called for the stop of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. His speech won applause.
The Voice of America reported on March 20 that the Canadian Foreign Minister Graham condemned the China's human rights record on the United Nations 58th Session of the Commission of Human Rights. He expressed that China's suppression on the religious belief and the minority's separation activities was unacceptable. He pointed out that China should not suppress human rights by using the excuse of anti-terrorism.
The Canadian NGOs, which are concerned about China's human rights issued statements one after another, calling for the Canadian Government to propose a motion condemning China's human rights condition. The Falun Gong spokesperson, Gu Siying, said that the Canadian Government should propose such motion, clearly condemning the Chinese Government's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. If the persecution of Falun Gong was not clearly mentioned, the worst problem of China's human rights would not be solved thoroughly.

Lies can only speed up the collapse of the China Ruling Party media's credit. On March 19, their media presented a murder case in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province. The murderer is completely a psychotic. Just like blaming the "imperialists, revisionists and rebels" [people who were criticized and persecuted] for all the disasters that happened during the Cultural Revolution, this kind of vicious crime is again being used to frame Falun Gong. On March 19, the Focal Point Interview program on CCTV presented a farce about how Dong Li "murdered his wife and hurt his daughter." A non-practitioner said after watching the program, that when Dong was talking, he made many pauses and used words only used by educated people. He didn't sound like a peasant middle at all. [Note, the peasants in China usually at most had high school education] When he was talking, Dong never looked at the camera and he stared straight at somewhere below. When he couldn't see something clearly, he stopped talking. Wasn't it obvious that he was reading off a script?
Outsider's Comments: The China Ruling Party's eighty-year history is a bloody history of scheming and framing. From framing its first leader Chen Duxiu until today, when they are framing Falun Gong for the "self-immolation," this all shows that the ruling Party used framing to start their existence and develop their "strength."
Falun Gong books clearly state that practitioners cannot kill lives and
suicide is a crime. Then the self-immolators were going against the teachings of
Falun Gong, so how can they be Falun Gong practitioners? Because of its evil
cult nature, the Party will probably create some more surprising framing cases
in the future.

Central News reported on March 21 that the northern part of China was assaulted by large-scale dust storms from March 18 to 20. The 18 affected cities, provinces and self-governed territories included Xinjiang, Qinghe, Gansu, Neimenggu, Ningxia, Shanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjing, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan. Among them, Jilin and Beijing were most hard hit, and visibility was at one point reduced to zero.
Central News reported on March 21 that Beijing was assaulted by the most
severe dust storm since this spring on March 20. The sand covered the city, and
visibility was reduced to zero. People on the streets wore scarves to cover
their mouths and noses. However, such precautions achieved little effect as the
dust seeped into people's mouths, noses and respiratory systems, causing a lot
of discomfort. A Beijing resident was astonished by the sand storms and said
that he had not seen anything like this for a long time.

185 Dafa practitioners solemnly declared that the verbal and written statements they had made in relation to denouncing their belief under pressure and brainwashing were null and void. They vowed that they would redouble their efforts in their cultivation, clarify the truth and live up to the standards of true practitioners.
Several practitioners from Xingong Village, Lianxin County, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province were illegally arrested and detained in a home for the elderly, where they were forced to attend brainwashing classes. The officials also extorted money from them and ransacked their homes.
Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp in Beijing presents itself as a "civilized detention camp," but it is notorious for its brutality and hypocrisy. The guards are especially adept in torturing practitioners. They put practitioners into iron cages, beat them with electric batons until they lose consciousness, strip them naked, tie them to narrow beds, and leave them to the hot sun.
On March 10, 2002, four plainclothes policemen forced themselves into the Third Dormitory of Shijiazhuang Railway in an attempt to kidnap practitioner Gao Wenzhi. Gao jumped from the third floor, which alarmed his neighbors. Soon an ambulance arrived, and the policemen left frustrated in their failure to kidnap Gao. Gao hurt his back and his leg from his fall. When his neighbors talked about this incident, they commented, "Policemen? They are criminals!"
On March 16, the police at Jincheng Security Department, Changchun Province beat a male practitioner in his 30s to death, as he defied the frenzied persecution against Dafa practitioners in Changchun after the truth-clarifying broadcast on TV. On March 18, practitioner Liu Yi, 34, was beaten to death by the police in Luyuan Security Department in Changchun.
Experience Sharing between Practitioners: On the night of December 28, 2001, four plainclothes policemen broke into my home and kidnapped me, taking me to a detention center. They illegally detained me for 25 days. During that time I had firm righteous thoughts and I clarified the truth of Falun Gong with calmness and compassion.
