Lower Level 610 Offices Are Established in Changchun to Monitor the Persecution

We have learned that many lower level 610 Offices (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems) have been established in Changchun City, Jilin Province. [Ed. Note: the 610 Office has been likened to the German Gestapo during WWII].

Their personnel are from each work unit, or were sent from the province to monitor practitioners. Because the local authorities cannot reach the quota (of practitioners arrested) required by higher authorities, they have figured out a way to deceive the higher-level authorities. People all know that only Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan really want to persecute Falun Gong.

Except for those police who want to accumulate more political merit to climb up the ladder with promotions, most police who know the truth, and still have a conscience, are already getting tired of these manpower-consuming, and money-consuming persecution activities. They do not want to arrest or beat up good people anymore. It is an activity that causes them to lose their virtue. They all quietly treat Dafa practitioners decently.
