(Clearwisdom.net) I met, at an international conference, a Minister of Health of an African country. After I told her about the persecution of Falun Gong in China, she found this information was very important to her. She also asked me to write or call her if there is more news.

A few days later I sent her some reports about the appeal of the Western practitioners on Tiananmen the second time and one report about what was experienced in Beijing by a practitioner.

She immediately replied to me by e-mail. She wrote:

"Thank you very much for sending me the material. They are of great value for study. I hate any form of violence. I feel extremely sad because there still exist so many human rights abuses in this world. I strongly uphold the freedom of speech and the mutual respect among the people. After reading the material you send me, I was both moved and sad.

Wish you great success in the New Year. Keep in touch.
