Exposure of Criminal Persecution of Dafa Practitioners in Dalian City, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) The Chinese dictator continues the brutal persecution of Dafa practitioners. In Dalian City, policemen acted as "hired roughnecks" to carry out the so-called "three steps" to persecute Dafa practitioners.

The first step: after every Dafa practitioner is arrested, no matter whether elderly or young, they were interrogated and detained in the local police stations. They beat and deceived practitioners to extort a confession. They forced practitioners to tell who their contacts were and to give names of other practitioners. Some practitioners were not alert to their deception. If any name was mentioned, that person would be arrested, detained and sent to a forced labor camp or sentenced to imprisonment. In this way, some practitioners were implicated and arrested. Some collaborators [former Falun Gong practitioners who have gone astray due to brainwashing and torture] even helped the police to do evil. They informed police about practitioners, which led to arrests and severe persecution of Dafa practitioners, and brought big losses to Fa-rectification work.

The second step: abusive policemen used all their methods to register "cases," and then they put practitioners into detention centers for further interrogation and to extort confessions. They used any excuse to cuff practitioners' hands and feet together and then nail them to boards. Practitioners were not able to take care of themselves and were forced to release urine or stool on the boards. The torture was extremely cruel. If someone went on a hunger strike to protest the cruel and brutal maltreatment, he would be force-fed with highly concentrated salt water through a tube to make him feel thirsty and eat. They called this treatment "life saving," but actually it was aggravated torture. This second step lasted for about two months.

The third step: most of the practitioners were forcibly sent to labor camps. The so-called "sentence to forced labor" actually came without a trial, because there was no crime and no facts for trials. All practitioners were sent to forced labor camps merely due to orders from the evil regime. The sentence did not go through the judicial system. On the average, practitioners were sentenced to three years of forced labor. A few were sentenced to one or two years. The purpose of being sent to forced labor camps is to "reform" practitioners [force practitioners to give up Falun Gong practice]. Practitioners in forced labor camps experienced tests of life and death. They were cruelly beaten and tortured. Some were tortured to death.

Policemen sent some unyielding (refused to be reformed) practitioners to the Guanshan or Masanjia Forced Labor Camps for further torture. Practitioner Mr. Chen Yong from Dalian City's Developing District was tortured to death in the Guanshan Forced Labor Camp. Female practitioner Xiao Xue (pseudonym) was put into a male cell for humiliation and physical torture in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.

The Chinese political regime insists on persecuting Dafa practitioners, ignoring repeated appeals from international organizations and kindhearted people from around the world. We hope all kindhearted people continue to pay attention to this issue.
