"This Book (Zhuan Falun) Is the Cure for China"

(Clearwisdom.net) To save precious Chinese people lost in the maze, some of our practitioners went to the park to practice Falun Gong and clarify the truth to people, as they often do. They went to a place where groups of Chinese tourists often come to visit. One day, a middle-aged man with a noble air came over. His first words were, "Where can I learn Falun Gong?" Then he started to talk about his experience. He said he got the book Zhuan Falun three days ago and read it through. He thought Mr. Li Hongzhi's words were so right. He was convinced by and admired what was said in the book, so he decided to learn Falun Gong. Then he went on, saying that many people only saw the superficial prosperity in China. By looking at the substantial problems, one would realize how terrible the situation truly was. Hundreds of thousands of people lost their jobs. Every year, over ten thousand people committed suicide out of despair. Tens of millions of people retire without pensions and have no medical insurance. No one makes efforts to control drugs, robbery, violence, explosions, AIDS and moral corruption. On the contrary, the main efforts are directed towards the persecution of Falun Gong. Could a country be prosperous under such a government? The problem is in people's hearts. It would take 3 or 4 generations to cure it. But right now, the Jiang Zemin administration will not allow people to speak the truth. And they don't care about the well being of the people. There is no freedom of human rights. That is something really terrible. Many people don't have clear minds about certain concepts. "Homeland" and "home country" do not mean the regime. Those who dare to speak up about the truth and step forward against the persecution are the real patriots.

He said that the peaceful appeal of Falun Gong practitioners on April 25, 1999 got his attention. He started to look into Falun Gong from then on. He saw the hope of China in the compassion of practitioners who risk arrest, beating, and losing their jobs to clarify the truth to people. He saw hope in their courage to pursue the truth. He then found the book Zhuan Falun and read it. He realized that it was a book that would really save China. It is able to change people's hearts and bring a completely new look to China.

We were amazed at his words. He was not a Fa-rectification practitioner, yet he had such a profound understanding and judgment after reading Zhuan Falun only once. It made me realize the significance of what Teacher has been emphasizing, clarifying the truth to the precious Chinese people. They are actually from various high levels of the cosmos and came to the human world with missions, but they have been poisoned by the evil propaganda. We should try our best to clarify the truth to them. Only then will we live up to the title of Dafa disciples.
