Police From the Anshunlu Police Station in Qiqihar Viciously Beat a Female Practitioner, Breaking Bones and Causing Internal Injuries

(Clearwisdom.net) In early November of 2001, the police broke into the home of Li Shujie and arrested her simply because she was a Falun Dafa practitioner. Once inside the Anshunlu Police Station, a group of police led by a thug nicknamed "Big Liu" began to beat Li Shujie viciously. They covered her head with a plastic bag and forced her to sit on the "Tiger Bench." (Practitioners are forced to sit on a small iron bench that is approximately 20 cm (6 inches) tall and remain motionless for long periods of time.) While suffocating her, the policemen slapped her in the face repeatedly until she fell unconscious. As soon as she regained consciousness, they continued to suffocate and beat her. It wasn't long before some of Li's bones were broken, and her face and body were covered with bruises. Big Liu soaked up Li's blood and urine from the floor and wiped it on her face, using filthy words to curse at her. After the torture was over, Li was taken to the infamous Qiqihar Detention Center.

A few days later, Big Liu came to the detention center and brought Li into a room for interrogation, viciously beating her up once again. This time, she bled from cuts to her face, and her injured bones became even more damaged. Her internal organs were also injured, and she was unable to eat or move for 5 days. The directors of the detention center, Mr. Feng and Yang, rejected Li's request to be released. They also did not allow her to see her own medical report. Noticing that Li had not been eating much and vomiting blood, Yang entered Li's cell with nurse Liu and Peng Li. They forced Li onto the floor, took off her trousers, and injected her with an unknown substance. A month later, Li was suddenly taken from the detention center and moved to another place. At present, no one knows her whereabouts or physical condition.

The above information was very hard to obtain. People have risked their lives to break the information blockade in China and release this information to the people of the world. We call on all kind-hearted people to pay attention to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China and do what they can to help end it. Such evil actions are crimes against righteousness and humanity!
