Expelled from German Hotel Where Jiang is Staying

From April 8-9 I stayed on the second floor of the Adlon Hotel, Berlin. On April 9 around 5:30 p.m., someone called me and told me that someone from the hotel wanted to have a talk with me. Two men came and told me that I had to leave. I asked them why I should leave. I already checked in and it was pretty late. They told me that everyone will leave the hotel. When I asked around, other people staying in rooms near mine, except some Chinese people, were not asked to leave. I then realized that I was being discriminated against because I was Chinese, and the Chinese President Jiang was also staying in the hotel form April 8 to 10 on the fifth floor. I was staying on the second floor, and I do not see what this has to do with President Jiang at all.

I told them that I did not want to leave since I have already checked in and it was also very late and would be hard to find a new hotel. These people told me that I had to leave in twenty minutes, but gave no reason. If I did not leave, I would be forced out. I told them that Germany is not China. I have the right to stay there since I already checked in and didn't do anything wrong. After a few minutes, four men from the hotel came to my room. They grabbed my arms and dragged me to the basement. One of them was very rough when dragging me.

I saw many police. They ordered us to leave, and if we were too slow, they threatened that they would arrest us. I even saw a girl handcuffed.

This was a very terrible and unjust experience in the Adlon Hotel, and it is happened right here in Germany, a democratic country.
