Shandong Province Police Tell Falun Dafa Practitioners: "You Will Be Cremated If You Are Not Reformed!"
(Clearwisdom.net) Since Jiang's regime persecuted Falun Gong, in Anqiu
City of Shandong Province, more than 50 practitioners were illegally sent to
forced labor camps and hundreds have been illegally detained. One practitioner
was illegally sentenced. One practitioner was missing after being released from
a brainwashing class and his body was later found in a reservoir. Under the
brutal persecution, who knows how many families were broken and how many people
were killed? Who knows how many practitioners were forced to become homeless?
1. Terrible 610 Brainwashing Class
Anqiu City's "610 Office" [a bureau specifically created by
the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over
each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and
judiciary branches] was established on December 20, 2000. It belongs to
the city's party committee and is responsible for brainwashing in order to
force Falun Gong practitioners to renounce their beliefs. More than 100
practitioners have been illegally detained here. Practitioners have no personal freedom here. The gate is tightly locked
night and day. There are steel bars on the windows and broken glass fragments
embedded on top of the walls. They used the system of "implication"
which involves personnel from the practitioners work units who have to follow
and monitor the practitioners everywhere and sign a "liability
letter", so they can illegally force the work unit to be held responsible
should a practitioner escape. They use this "implication method" to
force people to persecute Dafa practitioners at every level or become
persecuted themselves. The 610 Office brutally mentally tortures
practitioners. They often do not allow practitioners to sleep for days. After
one practitioner became mentally ill from the torture, instead of releasing
them, they sent him/her to a detention center. When the practitioners held a
hunger strike to protest the torture, they performed force-feeding on them and
then charged them or their work units 15 Yuan each time. [The average
salary for a Chinese worker is 500 Yuan per month.] They illegally extort
money for the brainwashing classes by charging each practitioner or their work
unit 2000 Yuan for the class. The Politics and Security Section of the Public Security Bureau formed a
team of police who often conduct evil deeds. They use illegal methods such as
jumping the wall and breaking into practitioners homes to openly steal the
practitioners' belongings, such as televisions, motorcycles, safes, cash,
grain stock, and agricultural tools etc. They do not show any warrants for
illegal searches or illegal phone taps. They ignore people's privacy and
arrest people at will. They threw non-practitioners into jail for having two
Dafa truth-clarifying CD's and unlawfully forced them to pay a fine of 2,000
Yuan before releasing them. They fabricate accusations to frame Dafa to
deceive and mislead the public's view so they have a hostile view toward Dafa.
Their despicable acts are far more vicious than organized crime. The newly assigned team head, Zhang Jinxiao, fiercely yelled at the
practitioners, "Give up Falun Gong, or be cremated!" He treats
practitioners in an extremely inhuman manner. He tied practitioners to special
iron chairs (a torture instrument) and would not release them even when they
were tortured to the verge of death. He always threatens practitioners. Policeman Li Shenghua has been actively persecuting practitioners since the
event of April 25 in 1999. He pretended to be very nice on the surface to
deceive and mistreat practitioners. Actually, he actively persecuted them.
Most practitioners who were sent to forced labor camps were sent because of
him. Policeman Jia Zaijun is foul mouthed, and often bullied practitioners. He
handcuffed them and then forcefully pulled and dragged the cuffs, which caused
great pain to the victims. Practitioners under this torture ended up with
swollen wrists. Brutal torture is his way of controlling practitioners. Policeman Li often beats up practitioners. The deputy chief of the Public Security Bureau, Song Yunqing, is in charge
of persecution of Falun Gong. Policemen in the detention center physically torture the practitioners who
still practiced Falun Gong in the detention center. The torture included:
Shock with electric batons, being hit with rubber truncheons, being beaten and
kicked with leather boots, being left to freeze outside at night in
temperatures of 21F to 21.2 F, practitioners who went on hunger strike are
chained to iron chairs [instrument of torture]. Inmates are instructed to
force feed and torture practitioners. To prevent the practitioners from
resisting the force feeding, iron rods are inserted into their mouths which
cause bleeding through their mouths and noses. Practitioners are often wounded
and bleed from the force-feeding. The feeding tubes were left in
practitioners' bodies without taking them out for a long time after the
force-feeding. They put heavy weighted shackles on practitioners[an instrument
of torture for criminals on death row]. Some practitioners had been on a
hunger strike for one month without being released. The vice head of the
detention center, Ma Xiyan, often cursed Teacher and Dafa, and purposely made
difficulties and troubles for practitioners. The perpetrators who are in
charged of force-feeding: The vice head of the detention center, Zhang
Yuanting (Doctor), criminal Li (prior vice head of Jinzhi Hospital, around 40
years old, was sentenced to three years for an arson offense.), and other
criminals. Currently, some practitioners are still on a hunger strike in the
detention center. Anqiu Hospital has constantly collaborated with the perpetrators to further
persecute Dafa practitioners. Driven by money and profit, they have totally lost
any professional ethics. They inhumanly perform force-feeding, inject liquid
into practitioners' colon through their rectum, force-feed with oil, give shots
etc. Once they could not find the vein of a practitioner because he was
dehydrated from torture. Regardless of basic procedures or the victim's life,
they brutally stabbed his arm repeatedly trying to find a vein and made it red,
