Heaven's Anger at Jiang's Atrocities: Tornados, Hailstorms and Torrential Rains Hit Hunan, Hubei and Sichuan Provinces

On April 3 and 4, Hunan, Hubei and Sichuan Provinces were hit by tornados, hailstones and torrential rains, leaving 5 people dead, 1 person missing and 36 badly injured. Many houses were damaged or destroyed, and farm crops also suffered great losses.

Throughout the ages, Chinese people have always believed that if the ruler is not virtuous, then Heaven will warn him/her with natural disasters. It has been almost three years now since the beginning of the persecution of Falun Gong, and Jiang Zemin's political gang has further intensified the persecution. Lawless officials in Hunan, Hubei and Sichuan Provinces have closely followed Jiang's orders in the persecution against Falun Gong.

Xindu Detention Centre authorities in Sichuan Province have illegally detained many Dafa practitioners. From April 21 to 23, 2001, some practitioners were arrested and taken to Chengxi Police Station where they suffered savage torture, such as having needles inserted into their fingertips, as well as being denied toilet access, and other mistreatments. These practitioners were later sent to Chengdu City Detention Centre for indefinite detention. Some practitioners have been on a hunger strike to protest this maltreatment.

73-year-old Dafa practitioner Li Jiliang, formerly Head of the Technical Inspection Department of Jingmen City, Hubei Province, has been detained in No. 1 Detention Centre. Recently, the deputy Party secretary of Jingmen City, Chen Yonggui, ordered various departments to take vigorous measures to arrest and beat Dafa practitioners, and anyone who refused to give up Dafa practice would be directly sent to forced labor camps.

One needs only to look at the above facts to discover the savage and cruel nature of Jiang's clique. Their atrocities are responsible for all of China's current, continual disasters.
