Speed Up Efforts to Save Deceived People Heading Toward Destruction

(Clearwisdom.net) This is a true story that took place in Liaoning Province. A director of a government agency in a village was around 30 years of age. In 2001, many strange things happened in his home -- first, his child drank rat poison for no reason, and then he broke his arm. Finally, he had a car accident, and although everyone else in the same car was fine, this person nevertheless died.

After the news struck, people could not possibly understand [how he could die at such a young age]. A Dafa practitioner asked, "He brought such tremendous disaster upon himself, did he slander Dafa?" His family then recalled that he indeed did slander Dafa.

It turned out that after the evil group began persecuting Dafa on July 20, 1999. His superiors in the government arranged a Dafa-slandering exhibition in order to persecute Dafa, and he was asked to do it. He didn't think much of it and went ahead and did it. Soon after, bad things begin to happen to his family one after another, but he never connected them to the slandering of Dafa.

A fellow practitioner said, "Before he died, he once came to my home and sat there silently and wouldn't leave." However, this practitioner was afraid and didn't tell him the truth, which resulted in his continuing to commit crimes in ignorance, going down the wrong path and finally getting destroyed. After his death, this fellow practitioner often saw him in his (or her) dream, and he (or she) regretted not admonishing him back then.

Teacher said, "In fact, if a person does something wrong, he is bound to suffer retribution sometime in the future. It's just that people do not realize it or believe it; they think that mishaps are accidents." ("For Whom do You Practice Cultivation?" from Essentials For Further Advancement)

Teacher patiently told us, "The sins those poisoned people in China have committed against Dafa are a consequence of the evil forces' persecution, and this has made people's sins--especially Chinese people's--enormous; it has made them directly oppose the Fa of the cosmos, which created all life. So what these people face is elimination--they're in the greatest danger. So now, as long as the bad thoughts in their heads towards Dafa are eliminated, it's fine." "Let me tell you this: next to your own cultivation, currently the most important thing is clarifying the truth, because this is directly saving sentient beings, it's directly saving the people of the future, and it also demonstrates the magnificence of Dafa and Dafa disciples--in such a difficult environment you're still managing to save sentient beings." Through this tragedy, I deeply felt Teacher and Dafa's benevolence and greatness, and I felt more clearly the weight of Dafa disciples' responsibility to clarify the truth and save people.

Fellow practitioners, let us become more diligent, more rational, more wise, more benevolent and save more people.
