(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of April 10, 2002, during Jiang's visit to the small town of Potsdam, Germany, over 200 Dafa practitioners from around the world held a press conference in the town. Reporters from MAZ, ORB and Potsdam local newspapers and TV stations covered the event.

Lord Moyne from Britain specifically made the trip to attend the conference and delivered a speech condemning the Jiang regime's trampling of human rights. Zhao Ming, who was recently released from a Chinese forced labor camp and returned to Ireland, recounted the physical and mental torture he endured during his near two-year imprisonment in China for upholding "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance."

Practitioner Dai Zhizhen from Australia, while holding her two-year-old daughter, tearfully told the story of her husband, a Dafa practitioner who was tortured to death by Jiang's regime. They called on all kind-hearted people in the world to step forward to promote justice. Their speeches exposed the crimes and lies of Jiang, who was visiting Germany, and aroused indignation from a German police officer, "Jiang Zemin will pass through here. I hope he will be kaput right away!"

The meeting site was on the scheduled route of Jiang's motorcade. However, Jiang avoided us by using a side road.
