Practitioner's Eyeballs Ruptured from Electric Shock Torture in Panjin City Labor Camp, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Panjin City Labor Camp in Liaoning Province is among the most terrifying places where persecution of Dafa practitioners has taken place. One of the most villainous persons there is the second-in-command, Zhang Shoujiang. Administrative head Guan Baoming and Educational head Huang Jiukuan are both Zhang's accomplices. Guard Team leader Tang Xiaobiao, vice team leader Yi Xiuyan (female), Liu (female), First Team vice leader Liu Minghua, and master team leader Liu Yongbin are people who carry out the crimes. They viciously persecute Dafa practitioners. The current Administrative vice leader, Liu Dahan, is one of the main perpetrators. Liu claimed that he is well accepted by and has big influence in both "black" and "white" circles (referring to political circle and gangster group), and he was promoted due to his effort in persecuting Dafa practitioners during the brain washing classes.

The cruelty of the persecution conducted by policeman Chen Changli is the due to Zhang Shoujiang. Chen, a 29 year-old man, obtained his position in the camp after he left the army. His badge ID is 21890041. He has a heart of bad intention and he is without mercy. At this point in time, there is no better word to describe his evil psyche and behavior. Almost every determined Dafa practitioner has been beaten by him. Once Chen beat Dafa practitioner Guo Yulong into a coma. Afterwards he poured freezing water on Guo to wake him up. Chen then continued to beat Guo brutally, nonstop. Feeling this was not enough, Chen also shocked Guo with an electric baton. Chen even shocked Guo's eyes. Guo's eyeballs were ruptured, but Chen still had no intention to stop the torture.

Another time, Chen, whose weight is over 90 kg, threw Xin Minduo, a Dafa practitioner who is 160cm tall and weighs about 50 kg, against the wall and police vehicles. Chen also stomped on Xin's stomach, forcing Xin's feces to soil his trousers. Even then, the villain still refused to stop. There are almost one hundred people who witnessed this.
