Jixi Forced Labor Camp: Use Physical Punishments to Achieve "Education and Persuasion"

(Clearwisdom.net) Heilongjiang Province, Jixi Forced Labor Camp police captains, Wang Haifu and Zhu Lijun have brutally persecuted Dafa practitioners since the winter of 1999. They forced Dafa practitioners to sit still from 5 am to 8 pm, and practitioners were not allowed to speak, blink, or make any movements. Any transgression of these "rules" would cause brutal physical punishments, beatings and curses. The food given to the practitioners was what had been left over for a few days. The forced labor camp police pretended to be nice when the county inspectors came for their regular inspections. They brutally tortured Dafa practitioners who were newly sent to the forced labor camp. They tried to force practitioners to recite their "reformation materials." They also tried to force the practitioners to say slanderous words against Dafa and our respected Teacher. When Dafa practitioners refused, the police would pick up the "educational" instruments, police batons and plastic tubes, to beat the Dafa practitioners. Many practitioners' skin was split open from the beatings. Very often, practitioners needed to be helped to leave the cell after being tortured.

When Dafa practitioners Ma Chuncheng and Zhang Haitao arrived at the forced labor camp, they were beaten until bruises covered their bodies. Zhang Haitao became unconscious shortly after the torture. Afraid that he was going to die, the police took him away. When Zhang returned to the forced labor camp at night we saw that his body was totally covered with black bruises and his instep was swollen a great deal. Policeman Qi Min shouted, "This is how we use batons to educate and persuade." Policeman Zhang Quingde also said, "This place has no justice." Practitioners who were being persecuted most seriously were 63 years old Ren Shouzhi (a retired professor) and 21 years old Fan Mingsheng. New wounds were added before their old wounds were healed. However, they never compromised with the inhuman police. Every beating would take as long as a month to recover from. In order to resist the persecution, Dafa practitioners endured the cruelest forced-feeding during their hunger strikes. During the forced-feeding, Fan Mingsheng was force-fed with nearly half a kilogram of salt, causing serious harm to his stomach and intestines. He could not eat anything for nearly 20 days and had vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. At night, his abdominal pain made him sweat uncontrollably. The police did not allow the force-fed practitioners to drink any water or wash their mouths. They inserted plastic tubes into practitioners' stomachs and purposely damaged their esophagus. They did not allow practitioners to spit out the salty water. Due to too much salty water and the esophagus being damaged by the feeding tube, salty water mixed with blood came out from practitioners' noses and mouths for long periods of time.

The police also shaved off the Dafa practitioners' hair. Practitioners pointed out that they were not prisoners and refused to be shaved. The police pushed practitioners to the ground and stepped on the practitioners' heads. They held practitioners' hands and feet down, pulled their ears and forcibly shaved the practitioners' hair. Very often they shaved the hair half way and called it 'yin-yang head' (only one side of the head without hair). Those who had participated in persecuting Dafa practitioners were captain Wang Hoifu, instructor Zhu Lijin, vicious policemen Qi Ming, Zhang Guohua, Zhang Quide, Gu Dejun and Fan Guoyu, and others. They were lead by the Political Committee Member Wang Hongwu.

The yellow sand storm is just a warning. The storm happened to wake up those people who have become lost in the slander and lies of the state sponsored media. Hopefully people will wake up as soon as possible so be able to distinguish good from bad. This is also to alert all the vicious people to stop the brutality immediately.
