Dafa Practitioners in France Brief Former Premier on the Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in China

(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, the president of the French Falun Gong Association delivered a letter to Mr. Alain Juppe, Mayor of Bordeaux City, who is the former Premier of France, one of the top leaders of RPR (a party in the alliance government) and a Member of Parliament. The letter recounted the Jiang regime's brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China that has lasted nearly three years and has led to the deaths of 400 Falun Gong practitioners and the imprisonment of 150,000 in forced labor camps. The persecution escalated severely after Falun Gong practitioners in Changchun City broadcast truth-clarifying programs over the Cable TV system about one month ago. Just in Changchun City alone, over 5000 practitioners have been arrested, and there are death reports every day.

The letter also calls on Mr. Alain Juppe to pay attention to the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China and asks him to use his personal influence to urge the French government to condemn the Jiang regime's violation of the basic human rights of Falun Gong practitioners.
