France: Clarifying the Truth about Falun Gong to the First Lady, Government Officials and Statesmen


(Clearwisdom.net) On April 14, the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the French Falun Dafa Association, joined the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the French Euro-Asia Friendship Association to deliver a Falun Gong truth-clarifying information package to the First Lady of France, Bernadette Chirac, hoping she would give some attention to helping to stop the persecution of Falun Gong in China. The First Lady happily accepted the package and signed words of goodwill for them in her new book.

One of President Chirac's friends who was there at the time heard our presentation about Jiang's brutal persecution of Falun Gong and described Jiang as "the chief prison guard on the planet." He criticized the French government for being too soft on China's human rights issues and wished practitioners courage in this righteous cause.

Practitioners also delivered Falun Gong information packages to Ms. Nicole Fontaine, former Chairperson of the EU Parliament, as well as various French officials from the EU Committee, Members of Parliament, and other French statesmen.
