1. Kong Fanbin, the Director of Fendou Police Substation in Jinshantun District, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, has been acting as a thug of Jiang's Regime for over two years. He had ordered his subordinates to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners many times. One of his subordinates, police officer Wang Xi broke into practitioners' homes on numerous occasions in order to threaten, frighten, deceive and insult practitioners, causing very bad feelings among the people.

2. In October 2001, when Li Changsheng, a practitioner in Jinshantun District, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, was clarifying truth to the people in Hebei, he was arrested by Hebei Police Substation police officer, Gao Shuguo (This person received a 1,000 yuan RMB "reward" for arresting Falun Dafa practitioners). Practitioners Fu Yanming, Chen Feng and Xiaoyue etc. were also involved and the malicious policemen cruelly tortured all of them. Especially practitioner Chen Feng, who was stripped of all clothing, hung up and was beaten all night long. Wounds and bruises were all over his body. Later, he was also handcuffed, with no clothing on, in an outdoor latrine for the rest of the night. At that time, it was very cold at night in Northeast China.

3. Practitioners Zhu Chengxin, Li Mingsheng and Jia Shuying in Jinshantun District, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province were exchanging experience in practitioner Lu Xiuqin's home, Police Department Deputy Chief Dong Delin, Zhang Qingdi, Political Security Section Director Zhang Xingguo and Tuanjie Police Substation Director Li Zongxin etc. and 20 policemen jumped over the fence, into the yard and broke into practitioner Lu Xiuqin's home. They threatened and cursed the 4 practitioners and ransacked practitioner Lu's home illegally. They also took practitioners Zhu Chengxin and Li Mingsheng by force to the Police Station and ransacked their homes too. Practitioners Zhu Chengxin and Li Mingsheng didn't cooperate with the evil's requests and used their righteous thoughts to face the evil. They didn't find any evidence and had to release these two practitioners that same night.

4. Practitioners Zhang Yuanshen, Bao Yongsheng and Feng Guoqing were all arrested during the period from April 8 to April 9, 2002 when clarifying truth. Now they have been illegally detained.

Note: Because the practitioners in this area massively clarify the truth of the persecution to the people and use posters to expose the evil and compassionately save sentient beings, the authorities started a large-scale crackdown on them.
