Massive Arrests Precede "International Seminar on Falun Gong" in Dalian City - Strong Winds and an Earthquake Follow

(Clearwisdom.net) Government officials in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, recently held an "International Seminar on Falun Gong." In order to prevent overseas participants from contacting Falun Gong practitioners, the police in Dalian arrested practitioners across the entire city from April 18 to 20. They planned to arrest over 1000 people, although it is not clear how many were actually arrested. Police broke into people's homes late at night to arrest most of them, while many were taken from work.

Anyone who has ever practiced Falun Gong is now strictly monitored. Police ask all concerned whether they continue to practice Falun Gong. Any who declare that they still practice are arrested. When Dafa practitioners and their families asked police to give a legal basis for the arrests, they had none. They said, "If we arrest a murderer, we need evidence. We cannot casually arrest people, however we do not need any evidence when we arrest Falun Gong practitioners. We also know that this is illegal, but those in power above us have made this decision."

Beginning April 23, Dalian was swept by strong winds from all directions. The morning of April 24, an earthquake accompanied the wind. Everyone please awaken! Do not do evil in ignorance again. I hope all Dafa practitioners can send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate this evil.
