Jiang Chaolin was a vice director of the "610 Office" (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems) in Sichuan Province. In the early morning of April 12, 2002, while on the road from Mianzhu to Chengdu there was a car accident in which he died. However, the driver suffered only minor injuries.

Tang Wen was a director of Xiangyang Police Station in Panzhihua city, Sichuan Province. He persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners. In March of 2002, he was killed in a car accident.

Zhao Hairong, female, 53, was a superintendent of the No. 4 People's Hospital of Liaocheng City (originally Liaocheng Psychiatric Hospital). She had persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners many times since 2000. She forcefully gave Dafa practitioners injections which damage the central nervous system. One Dafa practitioner whose third eye was open gave her a warning, "Please don't persecute Dafa practitioners. I can see that your body in the other dimension is already sick." But she still would not wake up, and continuously persecuted Dafa practitioners. Now, she suffers from advanced cervical cancer, which is rapidly spreading throughout her body.

The Law of Universe balances everything. "Good is rewarded with good and evil meets evil" is a heavenly principle.
