China's Big Ocean Net: On April 21st Earth Had Its Biggest Solar X-Ray Flare of the Year

(Clearwisdom.net) As per an 4/22/02 report in China's Big Ocean Net: on April 21^st the Earth encountered the biggest turbulence of the year from a "Solar Storm". According to At 8:43 AM on 4/21/02 China Radio Wave Research Institute reported a disturbance forecast. The Sun would send out the biggest X-ray flare in 2002. Ionosphere and high-frequency communications all over China received much interference. Almost all high-frequency radio probing signals at Beijing, Lanzhou, Guangzhou, Hainan, Lhasa, etc., were absorbed without any waves being reflected back.

The Beijing Youth Newspaper reported that recently the proton flux from the Sun to the Earth has been escalating. It was about 10,000 times the normal amount at 5 PM on April 21^st.
