Ottawa Practitioner

(Clearwisdom.net) On the evening of April 25, 2002, during the Canada National Volunteer Week, the ceremony issuing certificates to volunteers for their service and contribution to their community was held in Villa Marconi Center, Ottawa.

Ms. Marlene Catterall, Member of Parliament, Secretary-general for organization of the current party in power issued certificates to 50 outstanding volunteers including a Falun Gong practitioner for their service and contribution.

Ms. Grace Wollensak, a Falun Gong practitioner in Ottawa continuously spread Falun Gong in the community by teaching the exercises and holding workshops. At the same time, to rescue the Falun Gong practitioners being tortured in China she had made huge endeavors.
