Falun Gong Practitioners Invited to Teach the Exercises at Baldwin High School in Kansas (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On the afternoon of April 24, Falun Gong practitioners were invited to introduce Falun Gong and teach the exercises to over 50 students and teachers at Baldwin High School in Kansas.

Falun Dafa became widely known in Kansas because of the frequent media reports about Falun Dafa. This was especially the case in February, when major media in Kansas reported how two local practitioners and several dozen other western practitioners were arrested in Beijing for peacefully appealing for Falun Dafa.

In February this year, soon after a major newspaper in Lawrence, Kansas covered the two local practitioners' appeal in Beijing, local practitioners received an invitation from Baldwin High School to introduce Falun Gong and teach the practice.

During the two-hour seminar, a practitioner first introduced the principles of Falun Dafa, "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance," and the spreading of Falun Dafa worldwide. Then the students and teachers watched the 8-minute introduction videotape of Falun Dafa. Western practitioner David talked about his experience of going to Beijing to peacefully appeal for Falun Gong. Practitioners then concluded by teaching the exercises.

Throughout the two hours, the classroom was filled with a harmonious atmosphere. In the end, all the students and teachers were able to practice the exercises while following the music. A teacher told the practitioners that she could feel the strong energy field after practicing.
