Grand Parade in Bendigo City, Australia (Photos)
By Australian practitioners
(Clearwisdom.net) Bendigo is a beautiful city northwest of Melbourne. Historically, its gold
mining industry is very famous in Australia. On April 1, we came here once again
to join the grand festival parade. People came in from all over early in the morning, bringing chairs with them
and covering the whole street, row after row. The practitioners had specially
prepared a large lotus flower float powered by two bicycles. A little
practitioner sat inside the lotus flowers and demonstrated the fifth exercise.
Wherever we were, the audience gave us warm applause. Along the street, ten
practitioners handed out materials and people all reached their arms out to wait
for our materials. The scene was very touching. We had prepared about five
thousand copies but still could not meet the demand. A policeman stationed on
the side of the road to maintain order saw our banner of
"Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance" and told the people around him, "The
lifestyle with such principles of Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance must be
good!" Afterwards, he applauded us. The surrounding people also applauded. After the parade, we went to a park. On a big lawn at the center of the park,
we set up our exhibition boards and demonstrated the five sets of exercises.
Many people were drawn to come over and they kept asking us questions. The
universal principle of "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance" is spreading all
over the world. Any evil attempt to resist it is useless.
