A German magazine The Science Illustrated reported that scientists recently brought forward a cyclical model of the universe. The theory says that the universe will never end. Instead, it is always in the process of cycling through birth and death. The Big Bang is not the starting point nor is it the ending point of the universe, but only a transition from one period to another period of the universe.

Right now, many practitioners in Heilongjiang Province were forced to leave home to avoid illegal arrest. The police are devoting all their forces to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. This has resulted in a dramatic decline of societal security. Violence, murder, rape and other serious crimes take place incessantly and remain unchecked

The "610 Office" [note: The "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] in Jilin Province is the place where human scum gathers. Practitioner Mr. Xiao Jinsong was tortured to death but the police didn't allow other practitioners to attend the funeral. The police even arrested Xiao's wife and his child and kidnapped one other practitioner. Plainclothes police officers from the "610 Office" broke into a practitioner's home, ransacked it, arrested him, confiscated his child's computer and stole his cell phone. When they were caught hiding the cell phone, they had to put it back.

Since July 1999, Qinghua University (in Beijing) has actively participated in persecuting its faculty members and students who practice Falun Gong. Up to now, over 300 students and faculty members who practice Falun Gong have been not allowed to register, expelled from the university, forced to undergo brainwashing, imprisoned, sentenced to forced labor camps or even sentenced to jail. The Department of Public Security of Gansu Province tortured to death alumnus Yuan Jiang who graduated from the Department of Electric Engineering last November at the age of 29. It is reported that the police used two vanloads of torture instruments to torture him.

The evil gang of Jiang's political regime uses a network and system from the central to the local governments to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. The manifestation in the human world is the "610" state-terror organization. On the March 11 issue of the authoritative journal Physical Review Letters reported the latest new theory on the black hole. The physicists suggested that in a five dimensional time-space, there can exist inconspicuously rapid spinning, donut shaped "black rings." This is the first instance of such non-spherical black holes. The findings of the black-ring theory reemphasized a belief: If the restriction of a 4-dimensional time-space is removed, materials will follow a different law of motion.
