Vancouver Practitioners Held Party to Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Public Introduction of Falun Dafa (Photos)

On May 13 2002, the 3^rd World Falun Dafa Day and the 10^th anniversary of public introduction of Falun Dafa, practitioners from Vancouver, Canada held a large scale evening party to celebrate this special day.

Over 200 people attended the party. First a proclamation letter of "Falun Dafa Month" from Matsqui City was announced to the audiences. President of Hospital Employees Union, Mr. Fred Muzin, Former Director of Human Rights Committee of British Colombia Province Ms. Mary-Woo Sims, Representative of the Mayor of Matsqui City Mr.Bert Tulloh, and Ms. Mac Gugan of Amnesty International Richmond City Branch attended the party and gave speeches. In Ms. Mary Sims speech, she highly praised the principle of the Universe " Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" and the courageous actions of Falun Dafa practitioners safeguarding the Truth under the nearly three-year-long persecution. All attendants watched the video "Falun Gong, the Peaceful Journey" afterward.

Practitioners cooked the delicious dishes for the party and also performed many entertainment programs. The specially made cake with words written "Falun Dafa is Good" and "Happy 10^th Anniversary of Public Introduction of Falun Dafa" brought the party to the peak. The party finished successfully with the song "Falun Dafa is good."

The party gave every attendant a pleasant memory of the beauty of Falun Dafa.
