The Evil Conduct of the 610 Office, Judicial Agencies, and Local Police Station in the City of Yueyang, Hunan Province

    In July 2001, a practitioner's wife from Qijialing wanted to visit him in Changsha Labor Camp. She went to practitioner Xu Genyuan's home to ask for directions, who had just been released from illegal detention in that forced labor camp. Zhang Yihui and Li Yonghui bumped into her. Without asking any questions, Li started to punch and kick her. He then illegally sent her to a detention center. Li Yonghui's phone number is 86-730-8791708.

  2. Yueyanglou Law Enforcement Supervisor Zhao Zihu and the Chairman of Yueyanglou District Police Department Zhang Yibao

    Yueyang Falun Dafa practitioner Xu Genyuan went to Beijing to appeal in 1999 and was illegally sentenced to one year with probation. He was released after being detained for more than 5 months. The Law Enforcement Supervisor for the Yueyanglou area Zhao Zihu said, "I picked you out for sentencing." Less than one month after Xu was released, the authorities wanted to take him away again. Xu asked for the reasons for his arrest and the proper documents. Instead of showing the legal documents, they threatened Xu. The Chairman of Yueyanglou District Police Department Zhang Yibao pointed at Xu and said, "You are insane." When Xu asked them for an explanation, Zhao Zihu said, "Tomorrow we will give you an injection." (Many practitioners have been sent to mental hospitals and forcefully injected with neurotoxic drugs in this arbitrary manner.) When Xu was illegally held at the detention center and told others how he was persecuted, one police officer sighed, "If you are insane, then China does not have any normal person."

  3. Zhang Yihui: the Head of Zhiqingchang Judicial Department in Yoyanglou

    Zhang Yihui violated the law by sending the nursing mother of a three-month old baby to a detention center. He also extorted 3000 Yuan from her family. [400-500 Yuan is average monthly income in urban China.] He forcefully took the family's television, refrigerator, and other possessions. Zhang Yihui's work telephone is 86-730-8791708

  4. Luowang Judicial Department and Police Station

    In January 2001, the police from Luowang Judicial Department and Police Station suddenly broke into Falun Dafa practitioner Xu Yunsi's home and forcefully arrested the couple. Xu's wife Fang Yue was very sick at that time. When they dragged her to the car, she fell to the ground and could not move. Her complexion became pale. Upon seeing this, their neighbors came to stop the police in order to prevent her from dying. The head of local police station Yang Yinghuan said coldly, "Why fear if someone dies? Why do they practice Falun Gong? Let them die. Who can be blamed!" Later he saw that too many people came to reason with him, he then told them that he would send her to the hospital first for a check-up. However, they sent Fang directly to the detention center and arrested Xu's brother-in-law as well.

  5. The persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners by the "610 Office" in Yueyang Chengling Paper Factory
  • They cut off Falun Dafa practitioners' financial resources by stopping pension payments for the retired and depriving the rights to work of the employed.
  • They handed the list of Falun Dafa practitioners to their superiors three times in order to send them to labor camps. They sent several dozen practitioners to the detention center.
  • They illegally detained Falun Dafa practitioners several times in their private prison, in some cases, for as long as more than four months in order to force practitioners to give up practicing Falun Gong.
  • They illegally searched Falun Dafa practitioners and their children's homes many times.
  • They sent a practitioner, a graduate of Computer Science, to Changsha Forced Labor Camp.
  • They fined practitioners many times for as much as more than ten thousand Yuan and at least more than a thousand Yuan. [The average urban income in China is 500 Yuan.]
  • Yang Guangmin, Li Yuxia, Chen Huimin and others routinely beat practitioners. They often go to public places such as markets to follow and monitor practitioners.
