How Police Persecute Falun Gong Practitioners in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Hebei Province -- Qinhuangdao City "610 office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems], the City Police Department No. 1 Division and No. 2 Division, Haigang District Police Department and Public Transportation Police Department have yet to stop their brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. The following police officers have committed terrible crimes: Wang Xianzeng, Xu Yingbin and Li Fengyi (from Public Transportation Police Department). The tactics they used to arrest Dafa practitioners were deceitful and should be considered as unlawful kidnapping. Many people were sent to forced labor camps; some were sentenced to jail terms; some saw their own homes strip searched; and some were laid off by their employers. Three practitioners were tortured to death at the Kaiping Detention Center in Tangshan City. Some practitioners were badly injured, while others became permanently disabled. The persecution broke up many marriages and left families shattered. Many corrupt police officers extort money from innocent practitioners. Many practitioners were forced to pay 2000-5000 Yuan (400-500 Yuan is average monthly income in urban China) in order to be released from the labor camps. No matter how bad the situation was, more and more Dafa practitioners began to step forward and clarify the truth to the people. People are waking up to the truth.

The police conduct has caused public outrage in Qinhuangdao City. People are saying, "In the past, bandits were found in the mountains, now they are found among the police." People began to realize that evil was persecuting good people. Practitioners' relatives and friends are speaking out for justice and helping spread the Fa. They tell their colleagues, classmates and teachers about how the police persecute the practitioners and how young children were left alone at home while their parents were arrested. During the holidays, young children could not spend time with their parents. School teachers and neighbors are saying, "The Party is too harsh. They have gone way overboard."

During the past two years, Dafa practitioners' compassionate hearts have changed many people. Many police officers have realized that Dafa practitioners are good people. They don't want to participate in the persecution any longer. Some corrupt police officers had received retribution; some of their family members had also received retribution. These people now understood the old saying, "Good is rewarded with good, and evil is met with evil."
