Leaving Terror Behind With Dignity -- Examples of Dafa Practitioners Walking Out of Notorious Labor Camps Due to Their Righteous Thoughts
(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Liang Guoman was illegally
sentenced to one year forced labor for going to Beijing to appeal in June 2000.
Later his term was illegally extended for another seven months. On October 25,
2001, after he had been on a hunger strike for 28 days, he left the jail.
On February 5, 2002, Liang was kidnapped and taken to a detention center by
local political and guarding officials where he started another hunger strike,
and was once force-fed with a solution of highly concentrated salt water.
Sixteen days later he was released.
Dafa practitioner Zhao Lianxin, was kidnapped on February 3, 2002 while
hanging Dafa banners outdoors. While in the detention center he went on a hunger
strike and was released 20 days later.
Dafa practitioner Fan Dezheng, resisted torture in a labor camp by going on a
hunger strike, and he left the horrible place 30 days later.
Dafa practitioner Huang Lizhong was illegally sentenced to a labor camp for
going to Beijing to appeal in 1999. On January 5, 2001, he started a hunger
strike in the labor camp, and was released 28 days later. On May 9, 2002, Liang
was again kidnapped and taken to the labor camp for delivering Dafa
truth-clarifying materials. On September 5, 2001, he started a hunger strike
once again, and was sent to a hospital on September 20, he was freed on October
25.
Dafa practitioner Yang Hong (gender unknown) was illegally sentenced to
three-year forced labor for going to Beijing to appeal in 1999. In October 2001,
Yang left the notorious Masanjia Forced Labor Camp on the occasion of his/her
father's funeral.
Dafa practitioner He Guiqin (female) was illegally sentenced to two-year
forced labor for going to Beijing to appeal in December 1999, and was jailed in
the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. In April 2001, she started a hunger strike, days
later, she left the labor camp.
Dafa practitioner Xu Xiuying (female) was illegally sentenced to two years at
forced labor for going to Beijing to appeal in December 1999, and was jailed in
Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. In September 2001, she started a hunger strike, more
than ten days later, she left the labor camp.
Dafa practitioner Liu Fengmei (female) was illegally sentenced to two and
half years at forced labor for going to Beijing to appeal in 1999, and was
jailed in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. On September 2, 2001, she started a hunger
strike. On September 10, she left the labor camp. In April 2002, she was
kidnapped while in her neighbor's house and was detained. She went on a hunger
strike and was released 13 days later.
Dafa practitioner Dong Guixia (female) was illegally sentenced to three-years
forced labor for going to Beijing to appeal in 1999, and was jailed in the
Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. On September 2, 2001, she started a hunger strike,
and left the labor camp in late September. |
