After studying Teacher's "Fa-Lecture at the Conference in Florida, USA", I realized the importance of Fa study and sending forth righteous thoughts. I would like to share and discuss my understanding with you all. Please kindly correct me if there's anything improper.

I am a Dafa practitioner who had been persecuted by the evil for two years, who walked out of the forced labor camp with dignity and righteousness. I was always under strict surveillance when I was in the forced labor camp, so I was unable to study the Fa well. The only thing I knew about sending forth righteous thoughts was to recite the verses silently from the heart to eradicate the evil, and to do it at five, six, and seven o'clock every Sunday. I didn't know how to do the hand gestures. After I got out, I studied the Fa as well as sent forth righteous thoughts to eradicate the evil, but there was always interference. There were always bad notions popping up in my head while studying the Fa, sending forth righteous thoughts or practicing the exercises. The attachment of fear also interfered with me when I was delivering large amounts of truth clarification materials. I realized that if I kept going like this, the evil would be able to take advantage of the loopholes and I wouldn't be able to do a good job of rectifying the Fa and saving the world's people.

I was very confused and did not know what to do. It was at this time that Teacher's "Fa-Lecture at the Conference in Florida, USA" was published. Teacher said, "No matter how difficult your environment is, no matter how busy you get, you cannot forget to study the Fa. You must study the Fa, because it is the absolute, most fundamental guarantee of your improvement. I can't meet with every student, especially with the current situation in Mainland China. And under these circumstances where our students aren't able to see me, they can't come find Master whenever there's an issue, so they can only take the Fa as the Master. And in order to enable you to do cultivation practice and improve, I've infused this Fa throughout with every element that can enable a person to improve and ascend through cultivation. As long as you study, any problem can be solved. As long as you cultivate and as long as you're able to understand the Fa from the Fa, there's nothing you can't achieve."

I understood the reason I was being interfered with was because I hadn't studied the Fa well. I was the kind of person Teacher refers to as "When your eyes read the Fa and yet your mind isn't on the Fa." So I started to set for myself strict requirements to study the Fa from the heart. Meanwhile I realized I had not placed enough emphasis on sending forth righteous thoughts. Also this was an important reason why the evil was able to persecute and interfere with me. Teacher said, "Let me tell you, all those who remain and that can persecute Dafa and Dafa disciples are due to our students themselves. Students who haven't taken sending forth righteous thoughts seriously: the evil in the dimensions that you are supposed to shoulder and be responsible for has not been eliminated. That's the cause. So you must take sending forth righteous thoughts seriously. No matter whether you think you have the ability or not, you should do it. What you eliminate from your own mind are ones which have an effect within the expanse of your own body; at the same time, you need to eliminate the external ones, which are directly related to the dimensions you're in. If you don't eliminate them, then they not only persecute you and restrain you, but also persecute other students, other Dafa disciples." I understood that sending forth righteous thoughts is a very serious matter, it is essential for eliminating the evil in Fa-rectification; it is a precious means to cultivate ourselves, ascend to realms of higher levels and save the world's people. If we don't take it seriously and fail to do a good job, it will not only affect our personal cultivation practice, but also Fa-rectification, truth clarification and the saving of the world's people.

Hence, with my efforts to study the Fa and send forth righteous thoughts from the heart, I now experience less interference. I'm able to deliver truth clarification materials with ease and no longer feel fear.

At present, police departments of different regions in our city are madly arresting Dafa practitioners. I realized we have humanly restrained our divine side. We should send forth righteous thoughts to instruct our divine side to eradicate the evil. Therefore when sending forth righteous thoughts I tell myself, " I'm a Dafa disciple assisting Teacher in rectifying the Fa. My responsibility and mission is to save sentient beings and their corresponding gigantic systems. What I'm doing is the most righteous and the most sacred thing. The evil is not worthy of persecuting me. From now on I instruct the parts that I have successfully cultivated, and the numerous divine beings, guarding deities in my system, to proactively eradicate evils wherever I go. I won't allow their existence, not to mention their persecution." As soon as the thought was sent out, a huge amount of energy burst out of my body, and I knew I had opened up my divine side.

We Dafa disciples completely oppose principles of the old cosmos. We understand the Fa from the standpoint of the Fa, send forth righteous thoughts, save the world's people, display the power of our divine side and assist Teacher in rectifying the Fa.
