There is an old Chinese saying, "When hunting down a gang, capture the head first." It means that when in pursuit of a bunch of criminals, the first thing one should do is capture their leader. Once the leader is captured, the rest of the gang will have no direction and can be easily crushed. Isn't this the same situation as when we send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the head of the evil?

In Mainland China, there are malicious people who are cruelly persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. The pillar of their evil spirit is Jiang, who is still alive. When practitioners kindly told those bad people that "good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil, " they would reply, "You said Jiang has committed an extremely evil crime by initiating the persecution. Yet nothing has happened to him and he is still alive and well." Some use this excuse to convince themselves into ignoring the fact that "good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil." If we eradicate the head of the evil by sending forth righteous thoughts, those vicious people who helped the evil will be shocked and more sentient beings may be saved.

Regarding the current situation of sending forth righteous thoughts, Teacher told us, "Now, when you send forth righteous thoughts, whenever you hold your hand up vertically in front of your chest, the evil beings flee immediately. The gong you send forth even has to search for those evil beings, it searches for them everywhere above and below ..." (From Teacher's "Fa-Lecture at the Conference in Florida, U.S.A.") There are even practitioners who have seen that in order to protect the head of the evil, the old forces have spared no expense in arranging a large amount of evil beings around the head of the evil in order to make it easier to provide it with energy. Aren't we sending forth righteous thought to eliminate those evil beings? It is easy for our gong to search for them if they are gathering around the head of the evil. Now, we can eradicate them all, along with the head of the evil when sending forth righteous thoughts. Even if we can't eliminate the head of the evil immediately, we sure can eliminate many of those evil beings surrounding it. In order to protect this evil leader, the old forces will continuously send more evil beings to protect it. Then we can eliminate them as soon as they show up until all the evil is finally eradicated.

Over the past few days, through studying the Fa and reading the articles on Clearwisdom Net, I came to realize that practitioners should be more active. We should not just wait for the force of Fa-rectification to enter this dimension and end this evil test. Falun Dafa practitioners are participating in rectifying the Fa and we are mainly working on those spaces that the Fa-rectification force hasn't yet reached. If all the practitioners, as one body, could do well with the three things (Fa-study, sending forth righteous thoughts, and clarifying the truth) that Teacher asked us to do, the evil in this dimension would be eliminated before the Fa-rectification force arrives. This evil test would end. Then those people who have been deceived will have a good environment to get to know the truth and a chance to learn the Fa. Of course, the truth wouldn't be totally revealed at that time. But the environment would return to a state similar to that before July 20, 1999 and many kind-hearted people could still be saved.

If all the practitioners strive forward well, the maximum amount of sentient beings could be saved. Sending forth righteous thoughts on the hour around the clock is a good idea for eliminating the head of the evil and the evil surrounding it. Practitioners are living in different time zones, so as long as we make the best use of our spare time to send forth righteous thoughts on the hour, the head of the evil and the evil beings around it would constantly be surrounded by our strong righteous thoughts. The evil would thus be eliminated as quickly as possible.
