(Clearwisdom.net) On May 26, 2002, over 50 New Jersey Falun Gong practitioners participated in the Memorial Day Parade in Edison City and received the "Best Innovation Award".

With compassion to save sentient beings, the Falun Gong practitioners prepared for the parade attentively.

During the parade, three practitioners wearing yellow suits held a banner reading, "Falun Dafa, Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" and walked in the front of the procession. Four female practitioners wearing fairy's dresses followed and danced with the Dafa music Pudu. Three Russian female practitioners held a banner reading, "Thank You America for Safeguarding Freedom and Justice." Then nearly 30 practitioners wearing yellow suits demonstrated the exercises from time to time during the proceeding.

Falun Gong practitioners greeted the audience by waving their hands and singing "Falun Dafa is good." Many Chinese greeted us by waving their hands or applauding warmly. When the procession reached the front of the stage, the host introduced Falun Gong's principle, "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" and the characteristics of the exercises. The practitioners demonstrated the exercises for 2 minutes and received long and warm applause from the audience.

Falun Gong's procession won the "Best Innovation Award" for its unique, innovative and outstanding performance.
