Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts In a Driving Rainstorm Near the Capital of Latvia

(Clearwisdom.net) I arrived outside the Presidential Palace in Riga, Latvia at around 3:30 p.m. on June 10. The previous few days the air was clean and clear, but shortly after I arrived, the sky over the Presidential Palace began to darken. The area right next to the building was blocked off and there were Chinese national flags out in front. A stage was set up, red carpet was laid on the ground, and there was a band standing outside the entrance. I was not allowed to go to the gathering but could see everything that was happening from around 50 meters away. At around 4:00 p.m. several big black cars drove up, escorted by the police. I had already been sending forth righteous thoughts continuously and at that point I focused in on the cars. The Chinese national anthem began to play, and I saw the head of the evil step out of the car, walking very slowly and unsteadily down the red carpet. Right as it stepped out of the car, rain began to fall. There was a short ceremony and then the people went inside.

I walked around to the other side of the building so I could get closer to send forth righteous thoughts. It was raining, but not that heavily yet. After about half an hour it began to rain harder. I started to walk alongside the building, and it suddenly began to pour. Fortunately there was a bridge right at the corner of the building. I stood under it and continued to send forth righteous thoughts. The wind began to blow violently, and it was kicking up dust, making it difficult to see. One of the pipes under the part of the bridge I was standing under all of a sudden burst. It was raining so hard that I thought there was going to be a flood. I said to myself, "No matter what, I will stay here close to the building and send forth the strongest righteous thoughts possible." After a while the rain tapered off. I looked across the river and saw a motorcade of cars escorted by the police. I knew that the head of the evil had left, and when I went around to the front all the people and cars were gone.
