By a Dafa Practitioner

(Clearwisdom.net) Ever since I started renting a new apartment, the local police have frequently harassed me at my home. When they came, I would always have the documents that they wanted to see out and ready for them. When they came, they were very rude, and made excuses for wanting to examine my papers. Recently I read some other practitioner's experiences, however, I came to understand that these visits were also the evil's interference. I was always worried that they might come in and search my home for Dafa material - so was it that I was intimidated by the evil? This was an attachment, this was an omission, and the evil would naturally make use of it and interfere endlessly. Also, I heard from other practitioners that these evil people were also searching for practitioners who were moving from place to place, [after losing their homes due to the persecution] and clarifying the truth, using the excuse of checking their Temporary Residential Permit.

One day, I heard my husband arguing with somebody in the front room. It was the police again, coming to check our documents. My husband was fed up and talked back to them. The policeman said viciously, "...otherwise you will have to move out." I started sending forth righteous thoughts right away. I took out the payment receipt for the temporary residential permit, and they left crestfallen. I knew in my mind that they were coming aiming directly at practitioners, so I decided to go to the police station the second day to get my permit back in exchange for the receipt, actively going there to eliminate the evil! We would not be interfered with, and we could not let the evil abuse our benevolence.

The second day on my way to the police station, I kept sending forth righteous thoughts to disable them from interfering with other practitioners. Right before I arrived at the police station entrance, for some reason I suddenly felt unwell, suffocated, and nervous. At this moment a thought flashed across my mind, I would not be intimidated by the evil; I made up my mind to come eliminate the evil; for no reason I should be intimidated! The feeling of intimidation started even to interfere with my thinking. "No, I want to eliminate the evil!" I constantly sent forth righteous thoughts, and took out the receipt and demanded my permit back. The station personnel suddenly became polite. I then sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil factors behind them, at that moment, the feeling of being intimidated disappeared without a trace.
