An Older Icelandic Man: "Thank You Very Much for Bringing Peace to Iceland."

(Clearwisdom.net) Today, June 13^th, the sun shines brilliantly, and the blue sky is crystal clear in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland. At around 9:00 a.m., Falun Gong practitioners arrived at the city's Parliament House and the office of the Prime Minister, peacefully practicing the exercises. With the local citizens' deeper understanding of Falun Gong, they are genuinely touched by Falun Gong practitioners' compassion, peacefulness and rationality. On the lawn in front of the Parliament, over a dozen teenagers were learning the exercises from practitioners. Several dozen people were watching and smiling at the practitioners. Some asked for Falun Gong literature and material, and conversed with practitioners. One older man held a practitioner's hand. He said sincerely, "We apologize! We apologize! Thank you very much for bringing peace to Iceland. The government's action doesn't represent us. We wholeheartedly support you! All Icelandic people support you!" His sincerity moved all the practitioners who were present. The practitioners expressed their gratitude to the Icelandic people for supporting Falun Gong and for their tremendous endeavor in recent days to help Falun Gong practitioners enter Iceland.
