Two Stories about Clarifying the Truth of Falun Gong in Canberra, Australia
By a Practitioner from Australia
(Clearwisdom.net)
"I am glad that I am free to receive materials about the truth of Falun
Gong in this free country."
When I was handing out truth clarifying materials in Canberra, the capital of
Australia, a westerner ran towards me and said: "I would like to have some
Falun Gong materials." He went on to say, "Two weeks ago, I went
traveling in China. The official tour guide asked us not to accept any materials
from Falun Gong practitioners. However, what I witnessed myself was that the
Chinese government was treating its citizens with less respect than they would
have treated an animal. The Chinese officials often told me that no student died
during the June 4 Massacre, but instead over a hundred military personnel died
in it. Similarly, they lied that Falun Gong practitioners, none of whom were
armed, attacked the government [referring to the large scale peaceful appeal
on April 25, 1999 by 10,000 Falun Gong practitioners at the central government
building in Beijing]. If that was the case, we can only say that the
principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance directly challenged the
'Lies-Evil-Violence' represented by the Communist Party of China."
Before he left, he said, "Thank you for letting more people in a free
country know about the truth of Falun Gong. I support you and believe you. More
and more people will eventually support Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and
despise Lies-Evil-Violence."
A Bizarre Theft
On June 9, a trailer that carried a billboard exposing the lies by the
state-run media of China was stolen. What surprised the police was that the
thief took only the trailer, leaving the engine alone.
The police immediately understood the motives behind the crime after being
told that for the past two years, Falun Gong practitioners have been making
peaceful appeals in front of the Chinese embassy. Two months ago, Falun Gong
practitioners made a billboard dissecting the official footage of the Tiananmen
Self-immolation incident, demonstrating the inconsistencies of their story. The
billboard has been parked near the Chinese Embassy so that tourists from China
are able to learn the truth.
The evil is afraid of been exposed, which is why they try to cover the truth
at all cost.
