(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. A friend or relative telling us "What goes around, comes around," for instance, is an everyday life example of the principle of karmic retribution. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution.

Policeman Zhang Guojun worked out of the Beijing Avenue Police Station. He was frequently involved with savage beatings, persecuting and torturing Dafa practitioners. He died in a traffic accident while traveling out of town.

Jinzhou District Political-Legal Secretary Cai Xuexiao actively participated in persecuting Dafa practitioners and committed numerous hideous acts in this regard. He was later diagnosed with cancer of the esophagus and died in the hospital after treatment proved unsuccessful.

Chief Yan at the Xinhua Avenue Police Station tortured female and elderly practitioners, as well as carried out extortion. He was recently diagnosed with a serious illness.

Hexi City is located in Yongchang County in Gansu Province. Policeman Zhu Wubao was extremely brutal in persecuting Dafa practitioners. He was involved in an auto accident in November 2001. Policemen Zhu and four of his colleagues burned to death in the tragic accident.

Yu Lizhou was the security commissioner in Xingjia Village, Rushan City, Shandong Province. He was an active participant in the persecution of Falun Gong, conducting illegal searches of practitioners' homes and carrying out the surveillance of Dafa practitioners. In March 2002, on his way home after a few drinks, a motorcycle ran into him, killing him. His family members did not find his body until noon the next day.

Lu Shaoqin was the political legal secretary in Liaocheng City in Shandong Province. He was responsible for the "610 Office" operations there. He committed numerous hideous acts of persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. He later suffered frequent headaches and was recently diagnosed to have brain cancer.

Police station chief Chai and policeman Kong Linghong persecuted Dafa practitioners and committed numerous hideous acts. They illegally sent many Dafa practitioners to labor camps. They also broke the law and conducted many illegal activities. After their evil deeds were exposed, they were transferred out of their units, demoted, and reprimanded.

Fan Xingjia was branch party secretary at the Xiang Hetancun, Jiaojia Village in Yong Chang County. He had ransacked Dafa practitioners' homes and defamed Dafa's Teacher. He was demoted, and lost his job recently.

Political-security brigade leader Chen Fenggang used to work in Wuwei City in Gansu Province. He brutally persecuted Dafa practitioners and committed numerous savage acts. He became so sick that he could not report to work. People who saw him reported that his whole body shook uncontrollably, and he experienced great difficulty just standing up. People in the Public Security Department believe that this tragic and miserable outcome came from his persecution of Falun Dafa.
