Sharing Some of My Thoughts with Fellow Practitioners About to Set Off for Europe

(Clearwisdom.net) In the past few days, fellow practitioners have shared many experiences regarding studying the Fa well, sending forth righteous thoughts and sending forth righteous thoughts from a close distance. I'd like to share some of my thoughts with fellow practitioners who are about to set off for Europe.

1. Maintain a pure state of mind when encountering any situation

Seeing video footage of the Germany trip, I felt that sometimes our state of mind was not tranquil enough. When faced with the head of the evil's appearance, the most effective way to eliminate the evil is through Dafa disciples' powerful righteous thoughts. The effects of Dafa disciples' righteous thoughts often are not manifested in this human dimension of ours, but are manifested in other dimensions. When Dafa disciples can maintain a peaceful, tranquil state of mind at all times and are able to handle all situations, that is when the mighty power of righteous thoughts is truly manifested. At the same time, the field generated by Dafa disciples' pure and harmonious righteous thoughts provides a way to clarify the truth to the people of the world.

After reaching the state of being "divine," one will be unmoved by any human attachments. We should gradually reach this state through cultivation practice. Of course, any behavior of ours is a manifestation based on our solid, daily studying the Fa, our understanding of the Fa and cultivation practice. Master has told us repeatedly to study the Fa well, and we have experienced firsthand more and more that only when it is Dafa disciples doing Dafa work, will the true power of the Fa be manifested. Only through studying the Fa well can we ensure that we can maintain rationality and clear-headedness at all times. Currently some practitioners who are getting ready to depart, besides preparing the material necessities, are using this precious time to focus on studying the Fa together. They are using this time to truly understand the effect of sending forth righteous thoughts based on the Fa principles, and how to better use this advantage of being at a close distance to send forth righteous thoughts in the best way. This is also something that each disciple should be clear on.

2. Not pursuing formalities but truly achieving the effect of sending forth righteous thoughts

I remember that when the head of the evil arrived in Germany, our local practitioners also went to the local Chinese Consulate to send forth righteous thoughts. Fellow practitioners repeatedly sent forth righteous thoughts in the rain, and in the midst of this pure, righteous field I felt the righteous thoughts to be very strong. Later, however, I felt fatigued and could not concentrate as well when continuing to send forth righteous thoughts.

My understanding is that when sending forth righteous thoughts, we should not pursue formalities or be moved by any human attachments, but rather, we should focus instead on truly achieving the effect of sending forth righteous thoughts. If some practitioners feel tired, they can rest for a bit to adjust their state of mind and then send forth righteous thoughts. At the same time, no matter how busy we are, we must calm our hearts down to study the Fa, for studying the Fa well is the basis for our doing everything well.

Some practitioners suggested that if fellow practitioners do not have sufficient time to study the Fa while in Europe, they can use any available time to recite "Lunyu." We should remain within the Fa at every moment in order to ensure our rationality and clear-headedness. When the heart and thoughts are pure and righteous, that is when the purest, most determined righteous thoughts are sent forth.

The above are my personal understandings. I hope that my fellow practitioners will compassionately point out and correct any mistakes.
