Assimilate More Completely to Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance During the Fa-Rectification Period

(Clearwisdom.net) In September 2001, less than two months after I attained the Fa, I participated in an SOS walk. The first day walking, an intriguing scene appeared to me. I saw that practitioners who took every step with righteous thoughts were leaving a golden footprint with each step in a completely dark dimension. In another, deeper dimension, the steps taken with righteous thoughts seemed to be placed on a shallow pool of water, creating bursts of ripples, while at the same time the practitioners were emanating colored light, each a different shade from the others. There were a variety of colors, red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple, you name it. They were all very beautiful. Some emanated a very transparent light, while others were less transparent or even slightly opaque. The bursts of water ripples generated by the practitioners did not dissipate. On the contrary, they piled up layer over layer and became bigger and bigger, spreading out like waves from the center of the group of practitioners. What was reflected in this dimension was that degenerated beings hidden in the microcosmic particles were forced into the air, dispersing and disintegrating, just like dust falling into a washing machine -- disintegrating naturally. However, I also saw a pitiful scene at the same time. A small number of practitioners did not seem to understand the meaning behind Dafa work. I found that those who didn't understand the solemnity of the events and who didn't know that they should keep righteous thoughts appeared as only everyday people. There was nothing happening around them as there was with other practitioners. In Dafa activities, acting as one body is very important regardless of each individual's level. In other words, the purity of the whole body is the most important. Any little bit of human mentality can bring interference to the whole body.

That same month, we arrived at our destination and completed our SOS walk. Sitting on a chair once we arrived, an incomparably clear scene appeared to me. It was a distant memory of mine and it was a desire I had ages ago---

Surrounded with golden lights and rosy clouds, our honorable Master was sitting high on top of the clouds. I was standing in the front row wearing gold armor, together with another twenty or thirty gods. With our right hands up we made a solemn pledge together:

"We, who are given birth by this Fa and die by this Fa, are the guardians of the Fa.

During the last calamity of the universe, when a host of demons damage the Fa, we vow to give up everything to safeguard the Fa.

Through life after life, we will never abandon the Fa and never forget it."

After we made the pledge, we immediately came down. Three thousands gods around were all moved to tears....

When the vision finished, I felt two streams of tears rolling down my face, and the voices of the gods and their pledges reverberating in my brain. Although the scene seemed to last only a few seconds, it felt like it lasted forever. With a clear understanding of my mission, I felt my whole body was filled with incomparably powerful righteous thoughts. The mission was the meaning of my existence. I understood why I had been born. The "righteousness" came from the bottom of my heart and the concept of "sending forth righteous thoughts" itself ceased to exist. "Righteousness" was just my instinct and part of my life. With a flashing thought, I saw I was flying in the Three Realms in gold armor. I stopped, raised my right hand and folded it into a fist. I recited the Fa-rectification verse with true righteous thought, "The Fa rectifies the cosmos, the evil is completely eliminated." As I uttered these words, the heavenly worlds within a certain dimension shook and the stars were vibrating.

I saw a lord from a far distant celestial body being eliminated in the force of Fa-rectification because of his alliance with the old forces. All the worlds within his celestial body disintegrated along with him. Except for a very small number of beings that were taken to other places due to rare special karmic relationships, all the other beings inside became extinct along with him. It's dreadful, pitiful and sad. The world of a Fa-King is a manifestation of his Fa, and all sentient beings inside his world are also manifestations of it, inside out. Therefore it is not a small matter if the King of a heavenly world turns to oppose the Fa.

My fellow practitioners, if a Dafa disciple fails to complete his cultivation, it is not just a personal issue. Think of those immeasurable and countless sentient beings that are waiting for you. Think of those who haven't attained the Fa that are ardently expecting you. Think of those who don't know the truth who are waiting for you to save them. Think of how much responsibility you have for those beings.

In November 2001, all of sudden, I felt as if a cover deep down in my heart had been removed and compassion began to run out like spring water. Although slowly, it spread out continually, revitalizing everything around. Then I saw the three golden Chinese characters for "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" in the space of the universe, shining with golden light like gentle flowing water. Behind was the Earth, and each of the three characters was bigger than the Earth. However I found there were some dark spots on the characters of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." They seemed to be moving and looked like many worms nibbling at the characters. I was shocked by what I saw and wondered how it could be like this. Then I saw the character of "Truthfulness" being amplified. I immediately understood, "Oh, it's because I still lack 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance'." Next moment, I was back to my original position. I kept thinking, "Keep increasing 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance'. Let there be more Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." Then I saw the golden characters of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" gradually become stronger, becoming brighter and brighter. Then they turned into countless golden particles, permeating everything in the space. Next, I saw eight golden characters of "Fa Zheng Qian Kun, Xie E Quan Mie"["The Fa rectifies the cosmos, the Evil is completely eliminated"] moving slowly from my direction to the Earth. These eight characters were also composed of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance".
