(Clearwisdom.net) The Spanish dubbing of Master Li Hongzhi's 9-day lecture series has finally been finished. During just one month, Dafa workshops have been held individually in the major cities in Spain, such as Madrid and Barcelona, and in the Canary Islands. The practice site in the Canaries has been set up for about one year. Western practitioners have been eagerly expecting the Spanish recording of Master Li's 9-day lecture series. With the assistance of the Chinese practitioners in Argentina and Western practitioners in America, the recording of Master Li's 9-day lecture series was finished and available. The practitioners in the Canary Islands held the Dafa workshop the next day after they received the recording. During one month, two Dafa workshops were held in succession.

A National Health Exposition was held in Barcelona. Four practitioners in Madrid and four practitioners from France and Sweden participated. With its profound principles and elegant, slow-motion exercises, Falun Dafa became the focus of the exposition, attracting many viewers, and over 300 people registered for the Dafa workshop. But at that time, the Spanish recording of Master Li's 9-day lecture was not available. After the exposition, practitioners, in expectation of the postal delivery of the recording, got many calls every day inquiring about the dates of the Dafa workshop. When the recording was finally received, the practitioners in Madrid hurried to Barcelona to rent a classroom for providing the Dafa workshop. However, it was very hard to rent a classroom for nine successive nights. Meanwhile, many enthusiastic people, including those who had joined in the Dafa introduction or registered for the Dafa workshop as well as Madame Montce, one of the Health Exposition sponsors, helped to find a classroom or a stadium.

Another cheerful event was that we got extreme support from local Chinese for both the Health Exposition and the Dafa workshop. For example, during the exposition, one local Chinese man provided us unhesitatingly with a TV and a brand-new video recorder when he knew that we were in need of them to play the tape of the Falun Dafa Exercise Instructions. A Chinese professor doing his literary research in Barcelona provided us unhesitatingly with a TV and a video recorder for the Dafa workshop.

In the workshop, Western practitioners listened attentively to Master's lecture. Most practitioners firmly finished the 9-day class. Some of them had the physical reaction of removing their karma (a black substance resulting from previous wrongdoing.) Others felt Falun rotating. When opening the English version of Zhuan Falun, one Western practitioner told us in amazement that in 1996 a teacher assigned him a mission to look for the most precious book. Holding Zhuan Falun in his hands, he said with excitement, "For the past six years I have been looking for this. Today I have finally found it. Zhuan Falun is what I have been looking for!" Another practitioner who suffered from a car accident still insisted on attending the class, walking with the help of a cane. She said, "This is what I have been looking for all my life. I have to treasure it." Yet another new practitioner volunteered to copy Master's new articles onto the Internet for everyone in the workshop. After the Dafa workshop, the first practice site was set up in Barcelona.

Two Dafa workshops were provided in succession in Madrid. The second workshop happened to fall on World Falun Dafa Day, during which the practitioners felt a powerful energy field. One Western practitioner said, "After listening to Master's lecture, my perspective on life was totally changed. The things that I was previously so worried about do not bother me as much any more." Yet another Western practitioner who used to be bad-tempered became peaceful and calm after listening to Master's lecture. Once, he got into trouble with someone on the street and faced it peacefully. He said that if he hadn't practiced Dafa, he would have had a quarrel or even a fight with that person.

After listening to Lecture Nine, the practitioners went on with the fifth exercise of sitting meditation. One of them felt a lot of pains in his legs, but he did not give up, bearing in mind Master's words, "When it's difficult to endure, you can endure. When it's impossible to do, you can do it." So, he firmly finished the meditation exercise until the end of the music.

It is very comforting to see so many people who longed for the truth learn about Falun Gong. Just like other Fa-spreading activities in Spain, the Spanish recording of Master Li's 9-day lecture experienced a lot of obstacles, interference and hindrance. However, all of the practitioners in Spain will overcome difficulties to spread Falun Dafa to every city in Spain.
