Facts of the Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners in Baiying City, Gansu Province

The police in Baiying City, Gansu Province again illegally detained Dafa practitioner Jia Peifu (62, male) in the PinganTai Forced Labor Camp for a two-year term after his first illegal detention in a forced labor camp. Ma Junyan was illegally sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.

The record of the persecution against Dafa practitioners who were all illegally arrested and sentenced without trial:

Zhang Xiaojing, female, was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.

Ma Ruiling, female, was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.

Zhang Guangli: after one year forced labor, at the end of September 2001, was pressured into jumping from a three-story building and incurred severe injury.

Chang Jubing was arrested five times, detained for a total of 145 days and was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.

Wang Xiaocai, female, was arrested twice and was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.

Zhang Zhongchange, female, was arrested twice and was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.

Liao Anan was arrested twice for a total of 42 days.

Wang Jianbiao was arrested once.

Yang Jiangzhong was arrested three times and sentenced to a forced labor camp twice. He is still confined in the Pingantai Forced Labor Camp.

Liu Yingjuan, female, was arrested and detained twice for 18 months and had been sentenced to a forced labor camp twice for a total of three years. She is still detained in the Pingantai Forced Labor Camp.

Zhang Meichen was arrested once.

Wang Qingfang was arrested once.

Li Yu was arrested once.

Yang Wenxiu, female, was arrested once.

Yang Xiuying, female, was arrested once.

Zhang Xiuying, female, was arrested once.

Shao Shixiang was arrested once.

Zhao Yan was arrested once.

Si Liping, female, was arrested once.

Practitioner whose last name was Guan was arrested once.

Bei Erhua was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.

Bei Sanyuan was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.

Wang Endi was sentenced to one year in a forced labor camp.

Cui Yongling was sentenced to a forced labor camp twice and is still being detained in the Pingantai Forced Labor Camp.

Zhang Mingcai, the head of the Politics and Security Section of the Police Bureau in the Baiying District, has actively participated in persecuting Dafa practitioners. He is the chief criminal in Baiying City.
