(Clearwisdom.net) On June 14, Jiang came to Iceland despite overwhelming rejection from Icelanders. When he appeared in the Culture and History Gallery, Iceland's residents shouted at him, "Falun Dafa is Good!" Moreover, Falun Dafa practitioners quietly sent forth righteous thoughts in permitted places and peacefully held banners and educated the public on the persecution in China.

At 3:30 in the afternoon, Icelanders organized a conference made up of people from all walks of life in front of their Parliament protesting the violation of human rights and persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and others by Jiang's Regime. Over 2000 people held small flags that we distributed with "Falun Dafa" and "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance" printed on them. They also displayed a huge banner reading, "Evil is repaid with evil" in Icelandic. Some people were also holding banners with the Chinese characters for "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance" written by themselves and other Falun Dafa words. Some people tied black ribbons over their mouths to symbolize the infringement on their rights to freedom of speech in their own country.

Icelanders also wore yellow clothing in a show of support, after learning that Jiang did not want to see yellow clothing [which he fears because it represents Falun Gong]. Many people could not find yellow T-shirts so they put on yellow raincoats instead. A pregnant woman stood in the crowd wearing a yellow raincoat and raised a small banner with the words "Falun Dafa" and "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." The scene was very touching.

The people quietly walked towards the Chinese Embassy, peacefully holding our small banners. The Chinese Embassy dared not accept the petition letter, just like the Chinese Embassies elsewhere. When the crowd returned, a case of yellow T-shirts had just arrived; each person who was able to get a shirt put it on immediately and proudly walked in the streets. When they saw Falun Dafa practitioners, it was as though they recognized them as their own family members and pressed their hands together in Heshi to say hello. Some children came over to help us distribute materials. All the vehicles on the road had our yellow banners bearing in red "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." Supermarket shopping carts were covered with more banners. Two days ago an Icelander began to use Falun Dafa materials to decorate his car window.

Seeing all this, Falun Dafa practitioners couldn't hold back their tears. Icelanders were very proud of this and said, "We welcome you. You came for our morality. We should thank you." It was explained to us that the two political parties of Iceland used to have problems between them, and now, while helping Falun Gong, they became united. That's why an organizer said, "This protest has been the most powerful in Iceland in 50 years." Government officials told practitioners, "Once you people leave, Iceland won't be the same Iceland it was before." Although there was no official message before Jiang left Iceland, the order refusing practitioners entry into Iceland had actually been lifted because of the effort made by the Icelandic people.

In the evening, Falun Dafa practitioners concentrated on sending forth righteous thoughts continuously for three hours. It was late, but Icelanders still insisted on taking advantage of the last opportunity to protest. They were holding a banner reading, "Jiang is a murderer". Many people were holding our small banners. Some were wearing our yellow T-shirts and shouting, "Falun Dafa is good!" Some even learned our hand gesture for sending forth righteous thoughts.

An Icelandic citizen accompanied two of our female practitioners to take photos, saying they were very beautiful. The Iceland residents who came to learn Falun Dafa exercises seemed to know them naturally. They learned very quickly and could easily do the full-lotus position. They could sit with practitioners for a long time while practicing. They complained that the media was reporting too few explanations of Falun Dafa. Fortunately, one newspaper made a 5-page Falun Gong report, showing the five sets of exercises with pictures on one page. Many people were concerned about how to allow Falun Gong to exist in Iceland for the future. Several residents were already willing to become contact persons.

Over those several days, 99.9% of the Icelandic people united to support Falun Gong, 100% of Iceland's media reported positively on Falun Gong. All this made a deep impression about the Icelandic people's enthusiasm, sincerity and sense of justice.
