(Clearwisdom.net) To commemorate the joint hosting of the 2002 World Cup (Football) by Japan and Korea, the World Christian League is organizing "The First World Christian Peace Conference" in Tokyo Japan on June 29 2002. On June 22, 2002, a "Pray for World Peace Concert" was held in the music Hall at Hibiya Park in Tokyo as a preliminary event for the conference. Artists from Japan, Korea, China and other countries gave performances, and Falun Dafa practitioners were also invited to perform.

The Falun Dafa practitioners performed songs and dances including "Falun Dafa is Good" and "The Fa Rectifies the Universe." They also demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises and performed Chinese traditional dances. One Japanese practitioner performed a dance she personally choreographed, which was very moving. The audience had many good comments about the performances. Two tourists from Germany videotaped the exercise demonstration. When a practitioner handed them the introductory materials in English, they said that they had already read Falun Dafa material in German. After practitioners performed the song, "The Fa Rectifies the Universe," the audience loved it so much that they requested the practitioners to sing it one more time--so the practitioners sang the song again to conclude the performance.
