The Trip to Iceland

(Clearwisdom.net) Wherever the dictator goes, Dafa practitioners go there to clarify the true facts of the persecution to the public and deny the slander and lies. We also send forth righteous thoughts in order to clean out all evil factors that manipulate the dictator in other dimensions, to encourage the society to question him why he criminally persecutes kind people and irrationally opposes the peaceful principle of "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance."

After several of us Dafa practitioners from Los Angeles had arrived in London to transfer planes to Iceland, the Icelandic government refused us entry into their country, citing the excuse of "Jiang's safety." They had a detailed list of names.

We clarified the true facts of Falun Dafa to people at the Iceland embassy. We told them that Falun Dafa cultivates "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance." The reason for safety given by Jiang was really telling a big lie. We overcame numerous troubles and difficulties, and at last many practitioners entered Iceland. Although we were one day late, we kept on sending forth righteous thoughts the entire time.

The next day, Jiang and his group went to three scenic spots. According to Jiang's requests, the local police went on high alert. Helicopters circled in all directions to keep onlookers away. Wherever Jiang went, the "welcoming group," due to prior arrangements, was already there, something that seemed ridiculous. These people held small flags and big red banners to welcome him, and even played drums. One of them said frankly, "You protest for your belief, but we are here for food."

The citizens and police of Iceland saw the show and derided that Jiang had arranged his own welcome. Someone asked how many Falun Gong practitioners that "Bad Guy" had killed? The newspapers and broadcasts in Iceland reported on the true facts of Dafa to the people, so the people expressed their indignation toward their government giving in to a dictator's evil behavior. Four hundred and fifty well-known people jointly signed and published a full-page announcement in the most popular newspaper in Iceland, to condemn their own government's behavior and apologized to Falun Gong practitioners. Nearly three thousand people paraded through the streets to protest Jiang's visit.

When Jiang's motorcade passed us by, his hired "welcome wagon" waved banners and tried to ward us off. But when the car carrying Jiang passed, he clearly saw us Dafa practitioners and his face immediately turned pale, like that of a dead person.

The police of Iceland knew Dafa practitioners were so peaceful and Jiang's show was so despicable. They felt very guilty and said to us, "We understand you. What the government did was the biggest deception. We are so sorry to have to perform this duty."

When we rented a car to go to the third scenic spot we picked the wrong way, so we stopped to discuss which direction we should go. At this time, helicopters appeared overhead and then police wagons came. The brilliant sky suddenly turned cloudy and the rain came, with a cold wind. We concluded that the motorcade would arrive. Since the road was not wide it was unavoidable we would meet the motorcade. Near twenty of us Dafa practitioners stood on the side of the road and erected our palms to send forth righteous thoughts to clean out evil in other dimensions who manipulate the dictator in this dimension. An elderly practitioner opened a very big banner in Chinese that read, "Falun Dafa is Great." The righteous Iceland police allowed us to pass instead of stopping us. Jiang sat in the third black car. He absolutely did not expect to see such a scene at this place. I saw him getting angry in the car, pointing outside with his right hand and opening his big mouth, saying something. The car passed. Our understanding of sending forth righteous thoughts was tranquil and we felt it in our hearts that a big dirty mess was cleaned up.

On the next morning our Dafa practitioners applied in advance for a permit to hold a sit-in appeal. Over 100 practitioners opened banners reading, "Falun Dafa is Great" and "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance" at the appointed area along the route to the airport. Some sat down in the cold wind to keep on sending forth righteous thoughts for more than an hour. In spite of the cold, practitioners sat without moving, like diamonds.

Just before Jiang's motorcade passed by, the hired "welcome party" came again. Twenty of them arrived in several cars. No matter how hard they waved their flags and played their drums, they could not block Dafa practitioners who were standing erect. The absurd thing was that as soon as Jiang's motorcade passed, they immediately got into their cars and went away, while nearly two hundred practitioners stood there, absolutely still, sending forth righteous thoughts for a long time after the luxurious presidential airplane left.

Dozens of policemen watched the scene. They scorned Jiang's regime and his hired "welcome party;" they admired and understood Dafa practitioners. Their feelings were clearly expressed. They told us directly, "This deceitful government is too evil."
