Xu Zhaozhen, Qingdao City Luoyang Street Deputy Office Party Secretary, over 50 years old, phone number 86-53-4853107: He was transferred to the current position in the spring of 2001. Upon assuming the job, he said frankly that he came here to control Falun Gong.

Chen Guolei, male, Qingdao City Luoyang Police Substation Chief, over 40 years old, phone number 86-532-4853517: He constantly cursed Falun Gong practitioners, regardless of location or occasion.

These two people have persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in their district . Under their influence one person was tortured to death, two people were sent illegally to forced labor camp, and six people were illegally detained. They are also responsible for having 2 people sent to the provincial brainwashing classes, three people sent to city brainwashing classes and almost twenty people sent to the district brainwashing classes.

Since March of this year, when the incident of Wang Xiaoli, (a female Falun Gong practitioner who was tortured to death in Qingdao City) was revealed, many kind-hearted people have started to awaken. However, these murderers didn't have a bit of conscience. Instead, they tried very hard to track down the origin of the information, searching everywhere, and further persecuted Falun Gong practitioners.

Here once again, we are exposing Xu Zhaozhen, Chen Guolei and others' criminal actions in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.

I. Abducting Falun Gong practitioners and forcibly brainwashing them

1. Three generations of victims: On July 9, 2001, over twenty policemen broke into the home of Falun Gong practitioner Sun Yuhua and her husband and arrested them. Sun Yuhua was holding her infant grandson who was so terrified by the policemen's violence that he began to scream. Ever since then the child always becomes frightened and has convulsions at night. Sun Yuhua also has insomnia due to the scare. Her daughter had to quit the job she had just started because there was nobody to take care of her child after her parents' arrest.
2. Yang Guilan, a female practitioner in her 70s was abducted from her fourth floor apartment by over twenty policemen and sent to the brainwashing classes without her shoes on because she said, "Falun Dafa is good."
3. Falun Gong practitioner Xin Shuzhen's husband (over 60 years old) was so frightened by the dozen policemen who suddenly broke into their home that he soiled his pants on the spot. Ever since then this problem would occur whenever he became nervous.
4. Li Guangzhi is a female practitioner in her 60s whose husband was paralyzed due to cerebral hemorrhage. She was preparing dinner when policemen broke into her home and took her away without any explanation. Her husband's condition got worse because of the scare and because he had no one to take care of him.

In addition, female Falun Gong practitioner Wang Xiaoli was abducted as soon as she entered the factory for the second shift. Female practitioner Li Shuzhen was ambushed near her home and taken away by the police. These practitioners were detained in the brainwashing classes organized by the district, city or provincial government.

II. Illegal Monitoring and Wiretapping

During National Day in 2001, Xu Zhaozhen brought all the staff from the deputy office and some people from the police substation to conduct illegal monitoring. This lasted for 7 days, 24 hours a day. They were divided into three shifts, 6 people to a shift. One of these people even had meals and slept in a practitioner's home. During all the holidays and politically sensitive days, Falun Gong practitioners would be monitored and lose their personal freedom. They also often wiretapped Falun Gong practitioners' telephones. Practitioner Wang Xiaoli was located due to a wiretapped phone conversation and then tortured to death.

The retribution has already occurred, they just have not realized it.

"Good is rewarded with good and evil is met with evil" is the unshakable truth. According to staff in the Luoyang Street Deputy Office, Xu's wife and child got sick during National Day in 2001, but he did not heed the warning. On New Year's Day in 2002, he again sent people to monitor practitioners. During that period, he broke his ankle going down the stairs. However, he continued his evil activities despite the reprimand from heaven.

Xia Yubo, female, the neighborhood committee party secretary and chief of Haiqin Square Community in Luoyang Street, helped Xu Zhaozhen persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Since June 2001, she often worked so hard that she vomited blood. She has not awakened to it yet.
