(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of June 1, over 50 practitioners from the San Francisco bay area attended the Cherry Festival parade held once a year in the City of San Leandro. This is the third time that Falun Gong practitioners joined the activities. This year, in addition to the Falun Gong exercise demonstration, practitioners also performed the "color boat dance" and "red silk scarf dance". Accompanied by the song, "Falun Dafa is good", practitioners elegantly danced. Their wonderful performance and exercise demonstrations gained warm applause. One after another, the spectators accepted Dafa materials and carefully read them. Some people even asked with great interest what kind of organization this was.

The parade ended at Ocean Park, where practitioners had the approval to set up two booths to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises and distribute truth-clarification materials and discs of Dafa songs. Practitioners also played the beautiful Dafa music. All of the materials were quickly given away. A man even took out a Dafa flyer he received last year and happily told practitioners that he still remembered Falun Dafa. Practitioners told the visitors that a free Falun Gong introductory workshop was scheduled the next week and many people expressed interest in attending. A lady said that she had bought Falun Gong books and she felt this practice was really good. She hoped that people from all over the world would be able to freely practice Falun Gong. Practitioners also prepared candies for children, but what attracted the children most were the finely designed Dafa bookmarks and the Dafa music discs imprinted with beautiful heavenly girls. In the end, all the Dafa music discs were given away. Some people looked a little disappointed for not having the chance to obtain one.

Practitioners also obtained an opportunity to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises on stage. They exhibited the beautiful exercise movements to the kind-hearted people.

The cherry festival lasted for two days. On the second day, a lot of people still came to visit our booths. Dafa materials were also short of demand, and all materials were distributed.
