(Clearwisdom.Net) On October 10, 2001, Dafa practitioner Li Huijun (pseudonym) was detained in Hewan Forced Labor Camp. For remaining resolute in his practice of Falun Dafa, he was transferred to Division Three from Division Two. The camp authorities assigned a common criminal inmate to watch Li and inform on him. However, after hearing the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong, this informant himself became a Dafa practitioner and began to read and memorize Teacher's articles.

On May 29, 2002, following the actions of other practitioners, this new practitioner refused to obey the evil's orders and held to his strong beliefs, even though he was punished by being made to stand in the rain for long periods of time. Police officers, fearing that others may also become practitioners, removed all informants from their duties and sent them to other groups. Everyone in Division Three was stunned, including camp officials and criminal inmates. Police are now watching this new practitioner even more closely.

Hewan Labor Camp's Division Two is a headquarters of the evil forces for persecuting Dafa practitioners, and their viciousness has pleased their superiors. As a result, Hewan Labor Camp has been awarded 10,000 Yuan. Gradually, Dafa practitioners realized the evil's hypocrisy and cruelty, and they openly resisted the persecution. The evil persons then showed their true nature. They started physically abusing Dafa practitioners and encouraged criminal inmates to mistreat them. Recently, they started to lock up determined practitioners in a solitary room. In the past half-year, practitioners have constantly held hunger strikes to protest the inhuman treatment.

We call for all persecuted Dafa practitioners to send forth righteous thoughts and eliminate evil forces behind the police officers, and to use our great compassion to save sentient beings.
