Female Practitioner Zhao Fulan of Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province Brutally Killed by the Police

Zhao Fulan, female, 59, was a Dafa practitioner in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province. On May 23, 2002, Zhao Fulan was sent to a mental hospital by the police to be persecuted. She died on May 31, 2002 after spending 8 days in a coma.

Zhao Fulan was a retired employee of the Northeast Cinema of Jiamusi City. She started practicing Falun Gong in 1997 and was in good health after practicing.

On April 11, 2002, Zhao Fulan was kidnapped by the police from the Yongan Police Station of Qianjin District in Jiamusi City and sent to the detention center. She was then transferred to the local forced labor camp. On May 23, 2002, the police sent her to the mental hospital. Later she was picked up by her family and sent to the Jiamusi Second Hospital for emergency treatment when she could no longer speak. She suffered from bleeding in her digestive system. After spending 8 days in a coma, Zhao Fulan passed way on May 31, 2002. Yet another Falun Gong practitioner has been killed by the vicious police in Jiamusi City.
