"610 Office" Violates the Freedom of Belief of Citizens in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province

The brainwashing center sponsored by the Dongshan District "610 Office" [a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches.] is at Longdong Tianluhu Sanatorium in the city of Guangzhou, Guangdong province. This brainwashing center was moved from Meihuayuan Sanatorium in the city because Falun Gong practitioners held firm to their faith in Dafa, many former practitioners who had gone astray (known as collaborators) began to awaken, and there were less people who wanted to become collaborators. Recently the situation for practitioners has been worsening.

The "610 Office" of Dongshan took practitioners directly from forced labor camps to the brainwashing center. These practitioners were due for release but still had strong faith in Falun Gong. The "610 Office" brought some security guards and "collaborators" to brainwash practitioners by force. These collaborators were former practitioners who had gone astray during brainwashing and torture, and then aided in the persecution. The practitioners were forced to watch videos every day, write "personal experiences," and endure many brainwashing sessions. The practitioners would be punished physically if they practiced exercises or studied the Fa. The staff of the brainwashing center used many means to pressure the practitioners in order to force them to give in. The methods included restricting their family members' visits and prohibiting their communication with the outside.

The brainwashing center charges each kidnapped practitioner 3,500 Yuan [Chinese currency, the monthly salary for an average Chinese urban worker is about 500 Yuan] per month. These charges have to be paid by the detained practitioner, his family and workplace. The staff workers make a profit from it and the collaborators are also paid for brainwashing practitioners. The staff is not only persecuting practitioners and their families, but is also forcing these collaborators to perform sinful deeds.

Every practitioner needs to oppose and eliminate the evil that is persecuting innocent lives in the brainwashing center, which continues to exist as the "610 Office" and the evil behind it in other dimensions struggle frantically to the last moment. There are still many more sentient beings who need to understand the truth. For example, some practitioners' family members hate and blame the practitioners for their pain of losing loved ones. The evil is using this mentality to increase the persecution. It is sad to see the staff workers commit crimes passively, under the threat of losing their jobs and the temptation of personal gain. It is even more painful to see the former practitioners helping the persecutors. Without their help, the evil forces would be much weaker. They are also sentient beings waiting to be saved. The evil forces in other dimensions have to be eliminated. These are the responsibilities of Dafa practitioners.
