One policeman who beat me received immediate retribution - he suddenly became ill on the spot. In the detention center, I went on a hunger strike. People from the procuratorate did not know what to do when they listened to my words spoken with justice. The wardens and police also left me alone, as there was nothing they could do with me. I understand that as long as we let go of life and death to safeguard Dafa, Dafa's mighty power will manifest. When I stepped out of the jail, a guard cried loudly behind me, "Improve your Xinxing (mind nature or heart nature) and return home quickly!" Then, he added, "Practice diligently after going home!"
A Dafa practitioner in jail: On April 28, in front of more than 2000 students and faculty members on a university campus, a policeman arrested me and violently forced me into a police van. They used all kinds of ways to torture me while attempting to extort a confession. Keeping righteous thoughts in mind, I did not feel any pain and only maintained the thought that I was a Dafa practitioner. In the detention center, I went on a hunger strike and refused to cooperate with their evil demands under any conditions. With righteous thoughts, I looked straight at the evil people. Now I have no fear at all. I will use my pure righteous thoughts to get through this tribulation.
