Who Deprived Little Hu Ming of His Parents' Care?
By an Insider
(Clearwisdom.net) On June 30th 2002, little Hu Ming turned two years old but it
was a very sad birthday. His father Hu Qianfeng, a Dafa practitioner and a worker from the Capital
Steel Factory of Beijing, is being unlawfully detained at Beijing's Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp. His
mother Ma Li, like his father, a Dafa practitioner and employee of the Special Steel Division of
Beijing's Capital Steel Factory, is being unlawfully detained at Beijing's Xinan Forced Labor Camp
for Women. Little Hu Ming has never met his father. Two years ago, it was his grandparents who were with his
mother while she was in labor. At that time, Mingming's father was unlawfully detained. If it were
not because of the imminent birth of little Hu Ming, his mother would have been put in detention as
well. Two weeks before little Hu Ming was born, a group of policemen broke into his parents' home.
They took away his mother and interrogated her for over 10 hours after holding her against her will.
From 11 p.m. to 1 p.m. the following day his mother, who was approaching her due date, was forced to
sit on a small round stool with no back support. She was not given any water or food and was not
allowed to rest. The police arrested his father later, saying, "It's just to get some
information. You'll be released shortly." But no one has heard from him since then. It wasn't
until a few months later that Hu Ming's family learned that his father had been sent to Beijing's
Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp for a year. Before they sent him there, the police shocked him with several
electric batons on the head. In the extremely hot weather, Hu Qianfeng lives in agony as a result of
the torture. During the days without his father, life was very hard for Ming's mother and she cried a lot.
Nevertheless, the "610 office" [an agency specially created to persecute Falun Gong,
with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and
judiciary systems] and her employer, the Capital Steel Factory, wouldn't release her. They tried
several times to put her in the brainwashing center. At that time little Mingming was not even one
year old and was still being breast-fed. Even with that, Mingming and his mom were kidnapped and
taken to the Capital Steel Factory's Lujiashan Mining Factory in Beijing's Mentougou district to be
brainwashed while in detention. In June 2001, Mingming was almost one year old. Due to the high pressure from the Tuanhe Forced
Labor Camp, his father temporarily renounced his belief against his will and was eventually
released. It was so painful for him to renounce his belief. It added to his pain when his own son,
Mingming, didn't recognize him. The officials in the "610 office" were afraid that his
parents renounced their belief under pressure and against their will, so they forced them to act as
"assistants" to brainwash other people. They weren't allowed to stay at home, even on
Mingming's first birthday. The mother and father eventually were forced to leave their child and their parents on Mingming's
first birthday, and became homeless to avoid further persecution. Soon after that, they published
solemn declarations and re-joined the rest in the Fa rectification activities. In September 2001, his mom was arrested by a security guard while handing out truth-clarification
flyers. She was sentenced to a forced labor camp for one year and a half and without trial.
Mingming's father was also detained in November and was sent illegally to a forced labor camp, where
he deprived of sleep for extended periods of time. (Please refer to http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2002/6/4/22754.html
for the relevant report) Mingming's second birthday is coming up. He must be asking, "Mom and dad, where are
you?" Kind-hearted people, please reach out to help out little Mingming and other children like him who
are missing their parents' care.
